國防部宣教提「小丘」 洪家痛心

下士洪仲丘枉死案真相未明，國防部參謀本部資電作戰指揮部卻拿洪仲丘枉死案製作成凌虐部屬的「法治宣教」資料，直接點名是戒護士陳上士，「每天照三餐好好照顧」小丘，折磨小丘昏迷致死，等等內容與洪仲丘案雷同。

洪仲丘家屬非常不認同這份法治宣導資料，認為資料不是很客觀，洪仲丘的姐姐洪慈庸表示，家屬看了非常痛心，很不是滋味，認為時間點不好；若洪案能有公平客觀方式呈現，達到宣導效益，家屬不會排斥。
