陳昇唱超時被嗆 伍佰代出頭幹架

倪重華出書，陳昇乖乖在書中自首，曾因超時惹禍，伍佰幫他幹架！

陳昇那時常和伍佰、China Blue合作，有次唱到晚上12點還不停，讓下一團「刺客」不爽，走近舞台對他和伍佰比中指，他回過神來，已有人躺在地上，中間夾著電吉他，上面是個渾圓的大屁股，「原來是伍佰嚥不下這口氣，壓在電吉他上，像個三明治般，跟對方打了起來。」

當時伍佰已發片，仍幫他伴奏，鈕承澤、庹宗康、導演劉長灝等好友立即去支援，他還有心情把最後一首〈黃昏的故鄉〉唱完。至今談到這件事，所有人還在怪他。
