蘇力停留台灣5小時　帶來狂風暴雨

【許敏溶／台北報導】中央氣象局表示，第7號颱風蘇力今天上午約8時從新竹附近出海，向大陸移動，前後停留在台灣陸地5小時，而過去3小時中心受地形影響，結構遭破壞、強度持續減弱，但氣象局提醒民眾，蘇力暴風圈仍籠罩台灣各地及金馬澎湖地區，氣象局也持續發布豪雨特報，民眾仍要提高警覺，不可掉以輕心。

氣象局預報中心簡任技正伍婉華說，上午8時，蘇力中心位置在新竹西南西方約10公里海面上，以每小時25公里速度，向西北轉北北西朝大陸移動，颱風中心前後在陸地5個小時期間，為各地帶來各地狂風暴雨，其中新北市坪林區碧湖、台中市和平區上谷關，過去1小時都降下超過100毫米的驚人雨量。
