【李國修病逝】大腸癌年輕化　50歲以上免費篩檢

【蔡明樺／台北報導】屏風表演班藝術總監李國修今凌晨因大腸癌病逝。衛生署統計，大腸癌已連續5年高居國人罹癌人數之冠，國民健康局癌症防治組科長賈淑麗表示，大腸癌與飲食西化有關，尤其是常吃紅肉、高油、烤炸類食物者，又缺乏運動，蔬果、纖維攝取不足，都是大腸癌高危險群，患者有年輕化趨勢。

年滿50歲以上民眾，衛生署補助每2年1次的免費大腸癌篩檢，糞便潛血檢查呈陽性，再進一步大腸鏡篩檢，去年共103萬人接受糞便潛血檢查，其中約7萬人呈陽性反應，進一步大腸鏡檢查，發現2萬3700人有大腸瘜肉，2001人得大腸癌。賈淑麗提醒，民眾若出現血便、排便習慣改變時，勿輕忽是痔瘡出血，應立即就醫。
