我在公司待2年多 前前後後竊取貨物價值78萬 前些日子被老闆發現了
他叫我過去處理 他有2條路讓我選
1 先拿50萬去處理 後面的讓我慢慢分期
2 78萬讓我分期1年處理完 也就是一個月要5萬多
我只是一個年輕人 著2條路我真的是不可能的任務
我也很誠心想解決 所以我跟他說以我的能力根本就不可能
我跟他說一個月2萬讓我慢慢還 但是我老闆又不答應
後來經過我的拜託 雙方達成共識 1個月3萬 共分期2年2個月
我悶有簽單子 就我在那作拿了多少東西等。。我的資料著樣而已
但是以我現在找的工作 頂多都2萬8 最多做粗工一個月也才3萬5
又不一定天天有工作 我又要租房子 生活費 根本就沒能力償還
現在約定的時間要要到了 我又沒能力還他
所以我在想 我要去投案 我想問的問題是

1刑事部分 竊盜罪 會被判多久 我初犯26歲
2我去投案會馬上就抓去關嗎? 還是會再開庭會再拖?會很久嗎?
3名事部分還是一樣如對方一樣開的條件繼續下去嗎?
4 我要怎麼做對我比較有利
