運動科學訓練包含三大要素：個體特質、運動訓練內容與運動的環境，必須確實掌握所有的客觀數值，才能避免不必要的運動傷害，也才能達到預期的訓練效果。
 
但是很遺憾地，我們從新聞報導中，所得知洪仲丘在禁閉室所謂的體能訓練，不僅沒有依照個人差異，注意危險的高溫濕熱，安排合適的訓練，根本就是完全違反運動科學訓練的基本原理，居然強迫身體質量指數33，已經遠遠超過27肥胖界限的洪仲丘，在高溫、濕熱不通風的環境下，做高強度、持續的全身性運動訓練。
 
三十年前，我獲得教育部公費留學奬學金，在維吉尼亞大學進修運動醫學博士學位時，就有美國軍方送來唸博士的一位空軍上校與一位海軍中校，針對募兵制度與手部訓練疲勞預防，進行深入而系統性的研究，其中募兵制度早就將肥胖當做最核心的篩選條件，探討不是擔心「訓練會中暑」這種不可能發生的危險，而是肥胖者較容易扭傷腳踝，會影響受訓的效益與增加醫療費用。
 
但是，反觀台灣不僅沒有積極培養高階的軍事運動科學訓練與研究人才，居然把軍校體系中唯一培養運動訓練體育教官的政戰學校體育系都給裁撤，讓我們不禁懷疑，國軍到底是因為漠視運動科學的重要性，而缺乏運動科學訓練的本質學能，還是沒有把為國培養具有戰鬥力士官兵，作為軍事訓練的重要目標當做一回事，反而成為某些變態軍士官，惡意把折磨士官兵當做樂趣或私人權力的地獄。
 
有這樣的虐待、迫害自家弟兄的國軍幹部，我們還需要敵人嗎？

【徐珮君／台北報導】搶救兩岸服貿協議！馬英九總統下周6(27日)將到台中鎮瀾宮廟口開講，宣導協議內容，爭取立法院舉行第2次臨時會時讓服貿協議過關。

在府院強力動員下，經濟部已推出服貿協議「五個沒有」及「十個壯大」廣告，訴求不會開放中國勞工來台工作、沒有開放中國人民來台投資移民等「五個沒有」，並可壯大台灣餐飲業、零售業、電影業、洗衣業、電子商務業、線上遊戲業、銀行業、壽險業及期貨業等「十個壯大」。行政院發言人辦公室和陸委會下周也分別推出服貿協議Q＆A說帖、摺頁，回應社會質疑意見。

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】台中市一名林姓女子（22歲）從家樂福的豐原店離職，理著一頭短髮，前天豐原派出所接獲家樂福張姓店員報案，指稱林女涉嫌偷竊，警方到場，從林女的背包、手提塑膠袋內查獲飲料、浴巾、床包、被套、奶粉、瓦斯罐、米、雞蛋，每項商品均張貼安全標章。林女坦言，之前趁職務之便取得家樂福的安全標章，將竊得物品張貼安全標章，結帳人員誤以為該商品已結帳，以致她在未結帳狀況下，拿著商品從容走出賣場。

警方調查，林女本月連續五次使用這種手法竊得日常生活所需的物品、食物，全案依照竊盜罪在今天送辦。
