今年新上市 可望逾20家

證交所表示，以產銷光電薄化玻璃的悅城科技公司（6405）於昨（23）日送件申請股票上市，為今年以來第14家申請股票上市的國內公司。證交所表示，全年本國、外國新上市公司均可望達20家或逾20家。

證交所認為，雖然今年以來只有5家新上市公司掛牌，惟近期申請上市公司相當熱，8月起新上市公司掛牌家數將持續增加，全年本國、外國新上市公司均可望達到20家或逾20家。

悅城科技公司昨日申請股票上市，悅城申請股票上市資本額6.01億元，主要產品為光電薄化玻璃，主辦承銷商為宏遠證券，101年度之稅前純益為5.28億元、稅後EPS10.27元。

證交所表示，今年年初擬訂今年本國、外國上市公司均可望新增25家，全年可望增加50家新上市公司，惟到目前為止僅有5家新上市公司掛牌交易，其中本國新上市公司3家，分別為：辛耘（3583）、南六（6504）、鑫禾（4999）；2家為第一上市之外國公司，分別為：F-鎧勝（5264）、F-艾美（1626）。證交所昨日表示，本國、外國新上市公司各增加25家的目標，現在看起來有點困難，但要達到各20家的可能性極高。

證交所表示，以本國上市公司方面，今年已有3家新上市公司，而截至7月23日為止，完成申請上市的本國公司已達14家，沒意外的話，都可以在年底前完成掛牌，而且下周至8、9月都還陸續會有申請上市的公司送件，將可望達到新上市公司逾20家的目標。

至於第一上市公司F股方面，今年以來僅2家新公司完成掛牌，已送件申請第一上市則有8家，惟證交所指稱，以目前掌握的狀況，8月以後第一上市送件的情形將相當熱絡，第4季則陸續進入新上市股票掛牌旺季。

（中央社記者羅秀文台北22日電）科技大廠法說陸續登場，巴克萊證看好半導體後市，喊進台積電、聯發科、日月光、矽品及景碩，評等都是「加碼」。

巴克萊證券亞太區半導體首席分析師陸行之今天發表報告指出，由於投資人過度謹慎，智慧型手機晶片供應鏈聯發科、台積電、景碩及矽品近期遭超賣，部分個股2013至2015年獲利年複合成長率達10%至15%，本益比僅10至12倍。

陸行之指出，台積電法說會預估2013年全球低階智慧型手機出貨年增69%，聯發科等相關廠商將受惠。維持台積電、聯發科、日月光、矽品、景碩「加碼」評等，目標價分別為128、410、28、40、150元。1020722

洪仲丘虐死案中，監視器畫面消失，高檢署特別請出一位署裡最厲害的「電腦專家」來協助辦案，就是現任高檢署檢察官的陳傳宗，高檢署透露，不僅署裡上上下下電腦出了問題，都會找他來解決，檢察官宿舍的監視器也是由他協助建置，就是希望借用陳傳宗的長才，盡速釐清真相。

穿著條紋上衣戴了付大墨鏡，表情嚴肅站在高檢署襄閱身旁，顯得特別引人注目他就是這一次偵辦洪仲丘虐死案，高檢署特別請出的電腦高手，檢察官陳傳宗要查監視器到底有沒有人為滅證。看來高檢署對這位電腦專家，寄予厚望私下透露，署裡同仁辦公時，遇到電腦問題都找他解決，甚至高檢署宿舍裡裡外外的監視系統，怎麼裝怎麼連接電腦不出錯，都是陳傳宗一手幫忙建構，其實陳傳宗也將在八月，接任高檢署書記官長，受到重用的程度，從過去的資歷來看就知道。

曾經擔任過苗栗地檢署主任檢察官，93年轉任士林地檢署主任檢察官，98年來到高檢署當檢察官，這中間還一度被派駐行政院，在幕僚單位外交國防法務處，協助處理行政院對法務部的督導工作，做事情專心認真，是署裡同事對他的一致印象，像是喧騰一時清海無上師斂財案，陳傳宗以主任檢察官身分，堅持親自走訪深山裡的道場。

2003年苗栗通霄巨豐煙火公司連續爆炸案，也是陳傳宗帶領地檢署，全力偵辦這一次被賦予重任，要展現檢察官之外的電腦專才，消失的監視器畫面能不能就此突破，各界都在等著看。

警察夫妻得子獻愛心 捐百萬心臟電擊棒

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】新北市瑞芳警分局平溪分駐所長谷政群及服務於航警局台北分局的妻子朱穎嫺，平日就樂善好施，過去兩人膝下無子，曾發願若得子嗣就獻愛心，日前喜獲麟兒，立即還願，拿出百萬元積蓄，購買7組最先進自動心臟電擊棒，捐贈給宜蘭縣消防局。代表接受的消防局長張勝雄說：「救人一命，勝造七級浮屠」，6月份收到這7組心臟電擊棒後，已順利救回3位民眾生命，感謝谷政群夫妻義行善舉。谷政群則謙虛說：「助人感覺真好！」

蘋果公司(Apple Inc.)(AAPL-US)周二(23日)盤後公布，其第3財季(6月29日止)獲利下滑，但該結果仍優於華爾街分析師預期，主要係因iPhone銷售表現強過預期。

即使對目前季度的營收預測值低於預期，但財報結果公布後，該公司在盤後交易時間內的股價大漲超過4%。

該公司第3財季淨利達69億美元，或每股7.47美元，低於1年前的淨利88億美元，或每股9.32美元。

營收則微幅成長至353億美元。

蘋果第3財季毛利率達36.9%。

接受FactSet調查的分析師平均預估，蘋果第3財季每股獲利7.31美元，營收為350億美元。

該公司在該季度內的iPhone出貨數量為3120萬支，優於分析師原先預估的介於2600-2700萬支。

iPad總出貨數量達1460萬台，遜於分析師原先預估的介於1700-1800萬台。Mac總出貨數量為380萬台。

至於第4財季表現，蘋果預估營收將會落在340-370億美元之間。

接受FactSet調查的分析師則預估該公司第4財季營收為371億美元。

蘋果亦預估第4財季毛利率將介於36-37%之間。

【李俊淇／新北報導】好心真有好報！新北市1名78歲的徐姓修女，今天早上接到一名自稱法務部行政人員的31歲侯姓男子來電詐騙，差點騙走她畢生行善後僅有的28萬多元微薄積蓄。修女感嘆說：「真是傻人有傻福，上帝有保佑！」

歹徒假冒法務部人員，騙徐姓修女說她的健保卡及帳戶遭人盜用，帳戶將被凍結。修女因預計本周六出國，擔心行程受到影響，落入詐騙陷阱，所幸騙她的歹徒已被警方鎖定，及時阻止修女領錢受騙，修女也配合警方行動逮捕詐騙車手。

協易機Q2毛利率估增，上半年EPS上看1元

沖床製造廠協易機(4533)Q2受惠於營收規模提升、產品組合改善，法人推估，協易機Q2毛利率將較首季的27.7%提升，Q2獲利將可望較首季增加，法人樂觀預估，協易機今年上半年EPS將上看1元，較去年同期的0.64元增加。

協易機近年積極布局全球市場與拓展汽車產業，公司目前車用相關產品占營收比重已達5成，而受惠於車用的中大型機台出貨暢旺，協易機Q2合併營收也站上10.81億元，較首季增加27.6%。

協易機表示，公司積極往中大型客製化機台發展，並推動自動化解決方案，而由於客製化機台通常單價較高、利潤也相對較好，且自動化方案也可帶動系統化產品出貨，而非僅是單一機台，因此不論對於營收或是獲利都有不錯的貢獻。

法人表示，協易機受惠於營收規模增加與產品組合轉佳，Q2毛利率可望較首季進一步提升，並帶動營業利益較首季成長，加上Q2仍估有匯兌收益進帳，推估協易機Q2 EPS將有機會接近0.6元，較首季的0.43元增加，而今年上半年EPS則樂觀上看1元。

展望Q3，協易機表示，由於客製化機台從接單到出貨約需4~8個月的時間，而Q3出貨通常都是去年年底或今年年初所接的訂單，不過依往例來看，年底會碰上歐美長假，年初則會碰上農曆過年，因此通常Q3接單會比較不好，這也會反映在該季的業績；故過往公司Q3都會盡量出短交期的標準機台以調配出貨量，今年應該也會朝向此方向。

協易機目前在手訂單仍持穩10億元以上，而大多中大型訂單都集中排定在Q4出貨，不過公司表示，Q4實際出貨狀況還是要看當時的景氣變化，公司則認為，下半年較不確定的因素有日圓走貶的影響，以及美國製造業與工業持續回溫的狀況。

吹頭髮聞焦味　原是鄰居煮消夜睡著

【黃仲瑜／台北報導】有民眾洗完澡吹頭髮聞到燒焦味，以為頭髮燒焦，找尋味道察看後才發現原來是對面鄰居家中冒煙，趕緊打電話報警。
 
今天凌晨2時許，在台北市艋舺大道的一處平房民宅，冒出陣陣濃煙，消防隊獲報到達現場破門才發現，冒煙的平房民宅內有人居住，冒煙原因是因為屋主煮消夜後就跑去睡覺，造成鍋爐乾燒，警消趕緊叫醒屋主並關閉爐火，結束一場虛驚。

之前看到版上有人討論no no除毛的時候 就還蠻心動的 不過版上的文章都比較少人在分享使用心得 加上聽說這種是漸進式的 所以就還沒有入手 目前是想說如果有入手的版友 應該也用有一段時間了 不知道說用到現在的效果是怎樣 如果效果好的話 我也還蠻想要入手的 不然每次用拔的都拔到快流眼淚> ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.36.200.218

小弟最近很想回味一下紅白機的一些經典遊戲 所以想請問三星GT-c5180這

支手機能不能玩紅白機的遊戲? 有上網查了一下

有人說可以自製紅白機java jar的遊戲 或是將NES轉成JAR 那方法是什麼?

像 吞食天地二諸葛孔明傳 這款遊戲

我有在網路上找到 可檔案是nes的

我的手機卻只能玩jar檔的 所以是需要轉檔? 還是要怎麼作?

請知道或會的朋友教一下 謝謝!!

很好奇大家夏天都會用掉多少條防曬？ 我先說說自己今年夏天（約五月底開始）用掉的共有： 1) 剩約1/3瓶的近江紫蓋（SPF 32） 2) 剩約1/4瓶的蜜妮含水防曬保濕凝霜（SPF50 PA+++） 3）剩約1/3瓶的防曬專科（SPF50 PA+++） 4）1.5瓶蜜妮含水防曬保濕凝露 SPF30 PA+++ 90ml 後來看到版上大推的丹妮根防曬魔人的文章，驚覺這些似乎都不太夠力 目前手邊用的是 5）蜜妮含水防曬保濕水凝乳 50g （SPF50），之前屯的貨總是得用完 6）曼秀雷敦 水潤肌溫和防曬乳 80g（SPF25 PA++） 7）Orbis舊款50ml SPF5（還未開封） 手邊剩下的這三條我覺得應該是不夠我撐完這夏天 我已經不是天天出門的人，下班前通常也都懶得補擦 但消耗量（荷包變薄速度）已經相當驚人 所以很好奇大家平均用多少條防曬啊？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 207.237.52.24
