天兔走了，小鴨回來了！天兔颱風襲台，洩氣避風頭的黃色小鴨，今（22）天下午3點30分再度充飽氣「下海」，黃色小鴨重新亮相，立刻吸引大批民眾圍觀、賞鴨，也正式宣告黃色小鴨回來了。

中秋節當天充氣下水「游」進高雄光榮碼頭的黃色小鴨，「誕生」才一天，就不巧遇上天兔颱風，20日中午12點被洩氣、吊上岸避風頭，原定今天下午1點重新下海，也因為現場不時颳起7級陣風搗蛋，延至3點30分才充飽氣成形復出。

不過，黃色小鴨的高人氣，絲毫不受這些波折影響，從開始重新充氣到下海，過程始終吸引滿滿民眾圍觀、驚呼，搶著要和黃色小鴨合影留念。

黑莓盈警次季料巨虧近10億美元 全球計劃裁員40%

智能手機市場競爭加劇，近期諾基亞被微軟打救後，市場關注跌入谷底的加拿大手機生產商黑莓(BlackBerry)的發展去向。該公司最新發出盈警，預計第二財季將虧損9.5至9.95億美元，每股虧損約47至51美仙，遠高於市場預期的虧損16美元。第二季初步營收預計為16億美元，為市場預計的30.3億美元之一半，智能手機出貨量預計為370萬部，亦近乎為第一財經680萬部的一半。

經營業績轉入寒冬模式，黑莓宣布全球裁員約4500人，約佔員工總數的40%，此外還將在2015財年首財季前削減運營支出50%、未來智能手機產品線由現在的6個縮減到4個等。為了縮減成本，黑莓曾分別在2011年7月和2012年6月宣布裁員2000人和5000人。

今年8月，黑莓宣布成立特別委員會，對公司進行評估，探索包括合營、戰略結盟、出售公司在內的多種戰略選項。有消息透露，黑莓希望在11月之前找到買家。外電引述知情人士透露消息，黑莓創始人之一、前聯席執行總裁Mike Lazaridis正在與私募股權投資公司展開談判，有可能聯合競購黑莓。

市場研究公司IDC的數據顯示，今年第二季度，黑莓的全球市場佔有率首次被微軟的Windows Phone智能手機超越，從去年同期的近5%下滑至不到3%，排在全球第四，微軟為3.7%。

盈警發布後，黑莓股票在多倫多證交所及納斯達克曾一度停止交易，恢複交易後重挫兩成，上周五在美國市場收市跌17%。

自來水管線增建　台南市將停水46小時

【辛啟松／台南報導】自來水公司第六區管理處將施做南化複線「平和橋水管橋工程」及「左鎮至豐德湖底水管橋工程」，大台南區從明天凌晨起大停水46小時，影響範圍有17個行政區、39萬5500戶。水公司呼籲用戶及早儲水備用，並記得關閉抽水馬達。
 
水公司指出，停水區域影響範圍大，包括台南市東區、中西區、北區、南區、左鎮區、山上區、大內區、新化區及善化區；永康中山南路、中山北路以南、中正二街以南至縱貫鐵路。另有歸仁區、關廟區、龍崎區及仁德區、西港區、七股區等。管線末端、大樓用戶及地勢較高地區用戶會稍延遲供水，若位處龍崎、關廟區或於管線末端、恐會延遲10到18小時。
 
水公司六區管理處副理王英銘表示，南化複線工程把原有的水管橋加高，輸水幹管也加大，計有2400及2000毫米兩種大口徑新舊管線開挖、銜接，完工後可避免水管橋遭颱風豪雨沖毀。水公司預定停水時間是從24日凌晨起施工停水46小時，25日午夜過後逐漸恢復正常供水。詳細停水情形，民眾可洽1910或上網查詢http://www.water.gov.tw。

一進餐廳就忙著拿出手機拍場景、食物照打卡上傳嗎？或是聊天嘻笑大聲到整間餐廳都聽得到還不自知？在洛杉磯1間餐廳老闆認為現代人連面對面吃飯都只顧看手機，失去人情交流機會，祭出只要進餐廳將手機交出，就可想有用餐優惠方案，成功引起話題。另外，在美國紐約就有間餐廳為了解決餐廳嘈雜、用餐品質下降的問題，決定推出90分鐘「沉默大餐」，用餐過程中只要說一句話，就要被請出門外坐板凳吃。（影片／取材自YouTube）

用餐說話　會被請出餐廳

美國《華爾街日報》報導指出，紐約布魯克林區一間餐廳推出新計畫，提供要價40元美金（約1200元台幣）的大餐，包含開胃菜、義大利麵等4道菜，但重點不是菜色，而是顧客在用餐的90分鐘內不能說一句話，否則就會被請出門外，在板凳用餐。首日有17名顧客參與計畫，無人違規。

餐廳老闆表示，他過去在印度佛教一個修道院時，在那吃早餐都不能說話，這樣安靜的氣氛可以讓人好好享用一頓飯，才因此讓他發想這樣一個餐廳計畫，同時也能解決在餐廳用餐還必須向對面的朋友大吼才聽得見的惱人情況。

交出手機　用餐享95折優惠

上餐廳除了要享受優雅安靜的用餐氣氛以外，也是親朋好友互相交流情感的最佳時機，不過現代人得了離不開智慧型手機的毛病，在餐廳放眼望去，不難發現相對而坐的兩人卻都忙著低頭玩手機，聊天講話也不看對方。

根據美國《abc News》報導，洛杉磯的「伊娃餐廳」（Eva）為了讓來這裡的顧客擺脫電子產品的制約，老闆馬克（Mark Gold）祭出創意新招，只要在進餐廳時把手機交給餐廳保管，就可以享有用餐95折優惠。

手機疊疊樂　誰先碰就買單

難得出來聚餐，大家卻只盯著螢幕瞧？從加州紅到中國的小遊戲「層層樂」（The Phone Stack）就是為了解決討厭的低頭族，規定每個人必須將手機交出來放在桌上，像積木一樣層層疊起來，或是將螢幕朝下。

用餐途中不論是聽到line的通知或是簡訊聲都不准拿起手機，第一個忍受不了去拿手機的人，就要負責請大家吃這頓飯。由於這樣的遊戲完全戳中現代人被手機制約的點，也因此迅速在加州地區竄紅，甚至有人拍成影片，教網友怎麼制止低頭族朋友。

「中秋見不到老婆」　醉漢派出所前潑汽油洩憤

【陳偉周／新北報導】新北市一名52歲洪姓男子，今天下午12時許，手拿著一罐藍色桶子，走向野柳派出所，值班台警員見洪男走路搖搖晃晃覺得有異，突然洪男朝派出所門口潑灑汽油，警方擔心他引燃，當場將洪男制伏在地，聞渾身酒味，進行酒測值達4毫克。
 
洪男向警方抱怨，「中秋見不到老婆！」表示逢佳節特別寂寞，他說妻子自從申請家暴令後與他避不見面，向警方求助無援，酒後覺得鬱卒情緒失控，才會在派出所前潑汽油洩憤，訊後依公共危險罪將洪男移送。
