【突發中心／台北報導】網路youtube上有一段行車紀錄器的影片：內湖行善行愛路口車禍翻車，PO網的當事人表示，行經台北市內湖區的行愛路與行善路口，當時還邊唱歌邊開車，沒想到前方就發生了車禍，車主慶幸還好有安全島擋住，否則違規迴轉的轎車就會直接衝撞當事人的車輛，真是不幸中的大幸。

【綜合報導】繼台北地院上月做出假處分，同意王繼續行使黨員權利後，台灣高等法院昨再駁回國民黨的抗告案，馬昨指示律師團再抗告，轉戰最高法院。但法界分析國民黨難翻盤，王幾乎可穩坐立院龍頭寶座至任期屆滿。

馬英九昨晚餐敘時表示，首度坦承，會檢討處理王金平案是否過當。也希望外界不要模糊關說案焦點，與王的訴訟在進行中無法緩下來，他不能在司法關說案的立場上和稀泥，如此會讓民眾認為總統沒是非，未來還是會繼續訴訟程序。但多名藍委砲聲隆隆，希望馬不要再抗告，也有人要求日來捅出非法監聽紕漏的檢察總長黃世銘下台，「訴訟到此結束。」

抗告案遭駁回，網友一片叫好。針對國民黨將提再抗告，《蘋果》昨語音民調顯示，有高達70.83%受訪民眾不支持再抗告，僅21.03%支持。

【綜合報導】外界盛傳中國前政法委書記周永康因涉貪污已被軟禁調查，但中國石油大學發表多張照片，稱是「中央政法委書記周永康校友回到母校參加校慶活動」，顯然周目前並未遭到軟禁。

中國石油大學1日稱，周永康校友回到母校參加校慶活動，並與母校師生和物探1961級同學歡聚一堂，同慶母校華誕，共敘師生情誼。周稱：「母校是我幾十年石油生涯的起點，也是我為黨和人民事業工作的起點，師恩如山，教澤綿長，永志不忘！」

各位好~ 先說說本身背景,海外碩士無toeic成績,有申請碩士時的IELTS成績(平均7) 2012年回來至今有約1.5年在傳統製造業大廠服務經驗 (其他非相關工作經驗就不一一表列了) 目前手上有三張offer,感覺皆不錯,但有些許迷網想請教各位 三個offer分別是 A) RO純水機廠 (公司資本額6千萬 ; 員工總數約60人) 距離:約18KM(幾乎是純市區塞過去,耗時又耗油,有考慮買黃牌機車代步) 工作內容: 接單.開發.參展等國外業務工作 及 其他可能要幫忙cover的工作 待遇是38K/月 年終跟季獎金是看個人績效 問過經理第一年的年所得約略只會落在45-50W間 (看來獎金真的不多) 但是在和經理討論的過程對方一直表示我個人的學經歷和現有的sales比起來是較好的 所以未來的發展/升遷機會也會較高.(到後來總經理也有出來跟我談個十分鐘左右) 但相對的,因公司規模較小,所以業務要做的東西也會較雜(可能要包山包海) B) 密封元件大廠 (資本額8億 ; 員工總數>500人) 距離: 約30KM (快速道路+二高,日後國道計程收費也是考量因素) 工作內容: 接單.開發.參展等工作 (經理表示會著重在新市場開發) 待遇一樣是38K/M 年終跟季獎金依然是看個人績效 目前該經理底下的sales約有15人,相對下要出頭的機會似乎就較小 C:自行車零件供應商 (資本額4億多 ; 集團人數>300) 距離: 約28KM (快速道路+二高約25KM,平面 3KM) 待遇是36K/M 工作內容:接單.開發.參展 ; 市場開發跟舊客戶維持並重(50% / 50%) 年終約為1.3~1.5個月,季獎金聽說蠻多的(不過沒透露多少) 經理底下的sales超過20人,和經理談的也蠻愉快的,只是一樣,因為人多可能出頭機會較小 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 目前覺得A公司出頭機會是大了點,也覺得不錯,可是就限資本額迷失中. 此外因為本身也到了適婚年紀(31Y),故公司接單穩定及永續經營也是考重點. 若就上述條件大家會怎麼選擇跟建議呢? 此外三家公司皆表示現階段公司競爭力及接單表現皆不錯,參展/拜訪客戶都少不了 下班時間三間都約為18:30-19:00 (皆無加班費) 先謝謝大家了.若資訊有不足會再補上 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.35.101.160 ※ 編輯: makeover 來自: 114.35.101.160 (10/02 00:15)
