有幾個關於料理的問題想請問一下。

1.肉解凍後，若沒全部料理完再拿回去冷凍，這樣重複兩三次下來，會不會

　變質？該怎麼處理比較好？

　夏天把肉拿出來放在室溫下解凍，等個30分後只取一部分，很怕另外沒用

　到的會變質@@

2.肉下鍋前需要洗嗎？　該怎麼洗，跟怎麼解凍好？

3.豆腐料理前需要洗嗎？　該怎麼洗跟處理好？

【李宗祐／嘉義報導】因應潭美颱風來襲，阿里山鄉山美村撤離48人，總計嘉義縣已撤離山區居民286人。

嘉義縣政府表示，阿里山鄉來吉村已撤離234人，依親207人、庇護所27人；山美村撤離48人，依親45人、庇護所3人，連同番路鄉4人，總計已撤離286人。

【李銘宏／台北報導】台北市士林區至善國小宿舍前的人孔蓋，昨天晚間10時許突沖出大量排泄不及的雨水，並隨即淹進將一旁的宿舍庭院內，住在宿舍內的訓導主任立刻通報1999及校安系統，與另一戶宿舍的警衛一家人撤往學校避難。

至善國小訓導主任畢建華表示，昨天下午就已經發現淹水，他們曾試圖清潔附近排水溝，水位略有下降，但幾小時後大水仍衝進宿舍庭院內，只差10公分就淹進屋內了，與校長聯繫並通報相關單位後，與妻子及住在隔壁的校警一家4口撤往學校安置。
