樹林玉武宮多年來，資助無數獨居老人、低收入戶及貧童等弱勢團體，今年捐贈捕蜂衣及救災鞋給第五救災大隊義消使用，讓義消們感動不已。宮主李健維說「這只是我們該做的」。

李健維夫婦從民國85年投入慈善事業，民國97年開始以玉武宮名義，年花百萬做善事，包括送千斤白米給里辦公處轉送低收入戶；辦理冬季救濟活動，配合區公所發放物資給樹林區42里的低收入戶，捐贈勘災車輛給新北市消防局樹林分隊等。

今年8月，為體恤消防員救災辛勞，李健維進口60雙救災鞋及1套捕蜂衣，贈送消防局第五救災大隊義消使用。

李健維說，他父親健在時，經常要他做善事，為繼承父親遺志，他與妻子事業有成後，與地方人士共同成立玉武宮，就規畫每年要籌百萬投入公益慈善事業。

受潭美颱風引進旺盛西南氣流影響，造成新竹縣五峰鄉與尖石鄉多處道路中斷。行政院長江宜樺今（22）日前往五峰鄉勘災表示，中央政府將支援修復經費不足問題。江揆除要求鄉公所妥善運用之外，他並要求有關單位盡速搶修交通，讓民眾早日返回家園，恢復正常生活。
 
江揆說，本次風災，新竹縣五峰鄉和尖石鄉累積雨量非常可觀，分別超過650和590毫米，尤其是蘇力颱風過境一個月後，尚有許多道路坍方還未修復，對村民生活造成影響，幸好邱鏡淳縣長在災前執行預防性疏散撤離，才未釀成更大災害。
 
江揆表示，相關縣道嚴重受損，縣政府將全力搶通，至於邱縣長反映修復經費不足問題，中央政府將支援，另外，有關大路鄰道及其他偏鄉較小道路是否提升等級由農委會認養，他將與農委會主委討論。
 
江揆進一步說，新竹縣尖石鄉及五峰鄉地形非常脆弱，歷次颱風侵襲都發生土石坍方，路基流失等問題，所以他非常關心這些地方的基層建設。對於受損河川及道路，如何整治才能發揮最大效能，避免整治後遇到災害來襲又受損，這是最需要考量的，他將責成相關機關研議徹底的整治方式。
 
針對河川管理的權責問題，江揆表示，臺灣地形比較特殊，山陡水急，部分河川上、下游隸屬不同機關管理，行政院過去一直探討這問題，如果要求有統一的權責單位可能較困難，但如果由現行河川管理的相關機關，如林務局、水保局、水利署等之間做好橫向聯繫，應是在現有架構下可立即改善的快速做法，他將請相關政務委員及各部會首長共同思考此一問題。

埃及法庭今天下令有條件釋放遭羈押的前總統穆巴拉克，目前還不清楚他是否會立即獲釋，但這位曾統治埃及30年的前強人一旦重獲自由，可能激化國內對抗情勢及影響與美國關係。

以往法庭也曾批准釋放穆巴拉克（Hosni Mubarak），但檢方總會提出新指控，讓他繼續遭羈押。法庭以往裁定釋放穆巴拉克時，檢方還可上訴，但國營中東新聞社（MENA）今天報導，由於這次是上訴法院所作裁定，檢方已不得再上訴。

華盛頓近東政策研究所（Washington Institutefor Near East Policy）研究員、埃及專家崔格（EricTrager）告訴「耶路撒冷郵報」（The Jerusalem Post）：「如果穆巴拉克獲釋，應該可以預期引發2011年群眾起義的抗議革命青年會有反應。」

他說，即使他們只占全國很少數，「由他們過去兩年半內已引發兩次權力交替可見，他們動員青年的能力及愈來愈受歡迎的能力不容小覷，」。

崔格認為，埃及軍方了解這點，會希望避免任何「穆斯林兄弟會以外的團體抗議」。

他說：「當然，如果他獲釋，在經歷了他下台後這兩年半的發展後，很多埃及人會不大在意，也或許會比以往更正面地看待他。」

大西洋理事會（Atlantic Council ）中東中心的前助理主管、剛離開開羅的獨立分析家雷夫金（MaraRevkin）說，她認為釋放穆巴拉克將引發遭軍方罷黜總統穆希（Mohamed Morsi）的支持者強烈反彈。

她說：「不管這項決定背後的法律依據為何，釋放穆巴拉克將立即引發親穆希陣營的強烈反彈，該陣營長期以來指控穆巴拉克指派的司法界人士不當干預政治程序，替前政權服務。」

雷夫金說，在穆希任內，「法院與穆斯林兄弟會掌控的總統府和國會的幾場法律鬥爭，鬥得非常政治化，以致蔓延到街頭」。

親穆希陣營強烈反應，及阿拉伯之春抗議青年再上街頭，勢必會使軍方和所扶植的政府承受更大壓力。

另一方面，穆巴拉克獲釋會使美國更難處理與埃及政府和軍方的關係。

自埃及1979年與以色列簽訂和平條約後，美國就是埃及的親密盟邦。美國昨天說，埃及政府鎮壓穆希支持者的抗議，可能影響美國對埃及的援助。但美國否認已暫停援助的報導。

美國今年對埃及援助還有5億8500萬未使用，本會計年度將於9月30日結束。美國的軍援，大半用於購置與維修美製武器。

根據中央氣象局最新資料顯示，潭美颱風中心已於今天凌晨2時左右由馬祖西南方進入福建，繼續向西移動，臺灣本島已脫離其暴風圈，但暴風圈仍籠罩馬祖及金門，臺灣北部及中南部地區雨量持續增加中。

中央氣象局預估在上午8時30分解除海上陸上颱風警報。

受潭美外圍環流影響，台灣各地仍應嚴防大豪雨發生，並注意坍方、落石、土石流及山洪爆發。

【吳國仲／新北報導】今天凌晨2時許，新店北宜路發生一起貓咬人意外，一名男子(40多歲)聲稱自己想抱1隻野貓回家，但過程中遭掙扎的貓咬傷右小指，他一時氣急敗壞，竟反將貓掐死。不過，事後檢視案發地點附近，均未發現貓屍，男子送醫時渾身酒氣，說法仍有待查證。該名自稱被貓咬的男子，由救護人員送往醫院救治，傷勢並無大礙。
