Gartner：穿戴式裝置、認知運算加溫　拉近人機關係

記者楊伶雯／台北報導

國際研究暨顧問機構Gartner最新公布《2013年新興技術發展週期（Hype Cycle for Emerging Technologies）》報告，描繪人類與機器的關係演進，選擇以「人機關係」為主題，主因智慧型機器、認知運算（cognitive computing）及物聯網（Internet of Things）等熱潮正不斷加溫。分析師認為，此一關係正因新科技不斷出現而重新改寫，逐漸拉近人類與機器間的距離。

Gartner的2013年技術發展週期特別報告提供策略專家及規劃者關於98個領域、逾2000項技術的成熟度、商業效益與未來發展方向的評估參考。今年發布的技術發展週期報告包含內容與社群分析、內嵌式軟體與系統、消費市場研究、開放銀行、銀行營運創新，及非洲的資訊與通訊科技（ICT）。

Gartner副總裁Jackie Fenn表示，「這是Gartner有史以來涵蓋範圍最廣的技術發展週期報告，具體指出已進入高度成熟發展、廣受矚目的技術，或是Gartner認為可能帶來重大影響的技術。」

Fenn進一步表示，「今年技術發展週期的主題圍繞在人類與機器之間的關係，我們鼓勵企業將眼光放遠，不要侷限於機器和電腦將取代人類的狹隘觀點。透過對早期採用者如何運用新興科技的觀察，實際上有三個主要趨勢正在運作，包括：（1）利用科技擴增人類機能，如：員工使用穿戴式運算裝置；（2）利用科技取代人類，如：使用具備認知能力的虛擬助理擔任自動化客服人員；（3）人類與機器協力工作，如：倉庫員工與行動機器人合力搬運貨箱。」

Gartner研究副總裁Hung LeHong表示，「未來的企業將結合這三股潮流以提高生產力、改善民眾或客戶的體驗，及發掘競爭優勢。這三大趨勢需仰賴有助於人機關係發展的三個領域來實現：（1）讓機器更能了解人類及環境，例如從說話的聲音分辨一個人的情緒；（2）讓人類更加了解機器，例如藉由物聯網的協助；（3）讓機器和人類因合作而變得更加聰明。」

最後更新從7月6號到八月21號的濾心使用情況, 裡面超級多貓毛, 一個半月來明顯感覺房間裡的貓毛變少了, 大部分都被吸進去清淨機裡, 但床上的毛還是得靠吸塵器才有辦法解決

這台清淨機最讓我喜愛的是他的除臭能力, 因為我住在小套房裡, 裡面的味道實在有夠複雜, 有貓砂味, 食物的味道, 和菸味, 但用了之後, 從外面進房間幾乎聞不到異味, 所以不是嗅覺疲勞的問題, 而Panasonic的nanoe技術也有抑制黴菌的能力, 我房間裡的東西蠻容易發霉的, 雖然最近雨下得比較少, 但廁所幾乎沒有長黑霉, 讓我還蠻滿意的, 很感謝Panasonic這次有機會讓我試用好的產品

店家名稱：英國奶奶 消費時間：2013年08月 店家地址：淡水區英專路65-1號(淡水捷運站對面加油站旁，沿著小路往前150公尺) 推薦美食：奶昔類 每人平均價位：單點69-109 圖文並茂:http://ppt.cc/zLGU 位於熱鬧的英專路上 有一間英國人開的店喔 聽說專賣正港的英國馬鈴薯 炸魚條 和奶昔 之前在美食版有紅過 特別經過來朝聖一番 從英專路一直走大概十分鐘 左手邊即可看到 店裡空間不大 大概就四五張桌子+吧台 翻了一下菜單 單點的話價錢大概是100出頭 也有套餐的型式喔! 我們這次點的就是 英式炸魚排與薯條 佐塔塔青豆醬 NT185(一條魚)/295(兩條魚) 套餐包含沙拉一份+任選奶昔 (+139元) 首先上場的是莎拉 老實說 真的沒有什麼特別的 就是一般莎拉 還OK囉! OREO奶昔 歐~這個超濃超好喝的啦 是用三球香草冰淇淋加上奶油下去打的 完全不加任何一滴水喔! 難怪這麼濃郁啊! 上面還有放OREO餅乾及棉花糖 非常好喝!! 實習記者游雅嵐／台北報導

國防部著眼志願役人力成長需求，放寬多項招募限制，包括甄選身高、擴大女性名額等，並將積極改善軍中環境，期待達成「募兵制」計畫目標。

為了增加招募人力來源，今（102）年起，國防部已採取增加報考梯次、時間，及簡化考試流程、放寬甄選條件，還有擴大女性名額等多元招募措施，來吸引社會各界青年朋友報考。

對於放寬徵選條件中的身高限制，資源規劃司副司長白捷隆少將表示，已參考國外先進國家標準，男性部分，從原本的158～195公分，改至152～200公分；女性則從155～195公分，改至150～200公分。

在「洪案」過後，國防部的形象遭受打擊，多少影響國軍的人才招募，白捷隆表示，已經重新審視軍內生活設施，並調整訓練模式，另增加外（散）次數，並致力推動各項招募與留營配套措施，增進青年從軍與官兵留營。

另在薪水及獎金部分，啟動「志願士兵起薪調整」，並增設「戰鬥部隊加給」、「留營慰助金」及調增「地域加給」等配套措施，期待吸引更多志願役人力。

台灣沒有居住正義嗎？！

在政府高舉居住正義的旗幟之後，雖說房市這2年來似乎有止漲現象，很多專家學者網友鄉民也唱衰房市，不過價錢還是很高！很多人還是買不起房子！
所以，正義來了嗎？何時會來？
要回答這個問題之前，要先弄清楚「居住正義」的定義是甚麼？
如果從字面上來看，應該就是不管富人還是窮人，人人應該都要有房子住的權利
那麼，全國現在沒房子住的人有多少？我猜大概不到10萬吧。除了流民，應該人人都有房子住，即使房子不是你的，但你還是有地方住，可能是租來的，也可能是與長輩同住，總之就是有房子住。
既然都有房子住了，台灣還有「居住正義」的問題嗎？
答案是，有！
因為，台灣人認為租房子遜！也沒有正義！房子一定要是自己的！
因此，唯有全國都買得起房子才有「居住正義」！
全世界大概沒有一個民族像華人這樣愛買房買地，有土斯有財的觀念害死很多人，也讓政府以人人買得起房子作為主要施政方向。
但是這樣真的對嗎？？
我承認自己也是覺得房子要是自己的，才不想幫房東繳房貸，不過為了房子，犧牲很多生活品質，甚至必須住在(買在)自己不是很喜歡的地點，「買房子」真的是人生最重要的嗎？！
台灣租金算是很便宜的，法令對租屋者也算友善，為何一定要買房子住呢？
而租房子好處非常多：
1)省下很多現金
2)可以比較自由選擇想住的區域(通常你想住的地方你都買不起，租可以吧)
3)不用考慮單身、結婚、生子、退休這類問題而去傷腦筋房子的格局、裝潢、地點、換屋這類問題
4)不用怕惡鄰局，不爽的話，就搬家
5)不用考慮裝潢浪費錢
6)住膩了大樓，隨時換透天住住
7)住膩市區，隨時換河邊景觀過過癮
8)還有很多...很多

所以，買房子對嗎？一定要買房子才有正義嗎？
如果你現在「有房子」住，即使不是你的，你需要這麼在意嗎？需要這麼生氣嗎？有形的「不動產財富」也許你比人家少，但你可能擁有別人沒有的「人生財富」！
