十二年國教民國103年正式上路，政府外派人員子女的升學優待，也延續到免試入學及特色招生管道。

教育部今天修正發布「政府派赴國外工作人員子女返國入學辦法」，主要是配合新的「高級中等教育法」作條文修改。

過去外派人員子女參加考試分發入學的加分規定，延續至103年的免試、特招。教育部高等教育司科長張嘉育表示，外派人員子女連續居住2年後，返國時間越長，越熟悉台灣教育環境，因此規定返國1年內加分25%，1年到2年加分15%，2年到3年10%。

張嘉育說，加分比例都延續過去做法，只是融入新的入學管道。而原本還有「返國半年以內」一級，這次修法取消，因為實務上發現，返國半年跟1年沒有太大差別。

不論是免試、特招，外派人員子女都以外加招生名額2%的方式錄取，不影響一般學生權益。

由於台灣已經採認大陸地區學歷，因此外派到中國大陸的人員子女，也適用於加分規定。張嘉育表示，目前得知交通單位有提出這個需求。

另外，有些人的派駐國教育環境差，子女找不到合適的學校就讀，這次修法放寬，用遠距教學方式取得的高級中等學校學歷，也能算數。

【邱俊吉／台北報導】狂犬病疫情再添動物病例，狂犬病中央流行疫情指揮中心今表示，昨新增3例鼬獾確診，分別來自台東縣卑南鄉、池上鄉及東河鄉各1例，目前已累積有97隻鼬獾與1隻錢鼠、共98起動物病例，疫情發生地區則無新增，維持9縣市44鄉鎮市。指揮中心稍晚並將公布與美國疾病控制與預防中心的專家討論防疫策略的結果。

此外，指揮中心也宣布，農委會將於下周一舉辦「國內狂犬病防疫措施座談會」，將邀學者、動物保護團體、獸醫團體等利害關係人士參與，加強意見交流及溝通，以凝聚共識。
