我的車是2002的GALANT...因之前有撞過車頭(汽缸蓋有凹陷換掉...引擎主體沒事)....水箱和冷排等等有換過..後來修好後開冷氣時怠速會忽高忽低...天氣越熱拉得越高(有到2000轉).....空檔時更明顯...而D檔時也會...好像要爆衝似的 回原廠技師說怠速馬達有問題了該換了...但是沒有開冷氣不會有忽高忽低的現象...之前應為電路問題回原廠...技師說要換(E特克).結果是燒掉2個保險司而已...所以對原廠年輕沒經驗的師父沒信心......請問有經驗的大大是哪裡出問題!

總統馬英九明天首次與國軍高階將領座談，除近距離與將領交流外，也盼穩定因洪仲丘案發生而影響的軍心士氣。

陸軍下士洪仲丘死亡案，社會輿論撻伐，重創國軍形象與士氣，為免洪案影響國軍士氣，馬總統日前多次發言力挺國軍，23日前往金門時，也特別跟基層部隊座談，傾聽官兵心聲，以具體行動為官兵打氣。

黨政人士表示，相關座談由國防部主辦，馬總統將分別在北、中、南、東和高階將領舉行4場座談，首場明天（27日）在台北舉行；9月3日則親赴基層部隊與官兵座談，盼從高階將領與基層官兵雙管齊下，激勵士氣、穩定軍心。

不論是高階將領或基層官兵座談，重點都是希望不要因為洪仲丘案抹煞國軍對國家社會的貢獻。

黨政人士說，總統希望藉一系列座談，一方面了解軍中人權改革現狀及制度改革等問題，另一方面希望國軍不要因洪仲丘案影響軍心士氣。

義大犀牛總教練徐生明昨晚過世，享年55歲。義大球團董事長楊森隆今天表示，徐生明曾說經營職棒要有企圖心，球團感念他的貢獻。

徐生明昨晚過世，今天移靈到榮民總醫院，義大球團董事長楊森隆、領隊謝秉育等代表也到靈堂悼念。

楊森隆表示，昨晚聽到徐生明過世的消息非常驚訝，感到不可思議，義守集團總裁林義守聽到消息後也相當不捨。他還記得當初義大要接手球隊時，因完全沒經驗，向徐生明請益時，徐生明一句「要有企圖心」，讓他至今難忘。

楊森隆表示，徐生明過去戰績輝煌，也即將帶領義大爭奪成軍第一個總冠軍，創造人生舞台高峰，他的不幸辭世，球迷紛表不捨，球團要感謝球迷的相挺，也要讚揚徐生明對義大的貢獻，也希望球迷支持職棒，讓徐生明在天之靈能看到台灣棒球蓬勃發展。

至於徐生明的後事，楊森隆說，球隊尊重徐生明家人，會盡力協助家屬善後。

除了球團代表外，知名球評曾文誠、緯來體育台主播蔡明里和高名賢，上午也都到靈堂悼念徐生明。
