【短片】車輛翻覆又掀頂　警尋不著車禍原因

【李銘宏／台北報導】台北市大度路今天早上6時許時，1名40多歲孫姓男子駕駛1輛自小客行經此處時發生車禍事故，不僅翻覆連車頂都被掀開，警消獲報到達時，孫男已爬出車外求救，警消隨後將孫男送醫救治。

趕來處理車禍的警員則對車禍如何發生百思不解，因翻覆的小客車左側不僅有嚴重撞擊痕跡，連車頂都被掀開，但警方尋找周邊道路，卻遍尋不著撞擊痕跡，由於正值上班車潮尖峰時段，警方只好趕緊拍照存證後將車輛移置，隨後將至醫院找送醫的孫男調查車禍發生原因。

兩岸通訊搭橋，中國通信企業協會會長暨工信部副部長劉利華（見附國前排左二）已於今（25）日上午率團抵台，台灣科技廠與大陸電信業者交流主要在大陸自訂標準的4G/TD-LTE試驗網上，跟網通廠現有量產的產品雖還沒有直接關係，但是後4G後續的應用服務跟網通服務將有連動，因此國內的網通廠2014年的想像空間大。業者預估，此次搭橋主要在培養跟彼岸電信商之間的互動，由於TD-LTE網通設備還有待研發，預料明年才會有真正的業績貢獻。 台灣工業局就表示，在此次兩岸通訊搭橋上，展示在4G/TD-LTE環境下數據流量、隨選影片、HD監控、行動視訊、線上遊戲等項目，同時參與搭橋交流的團員也可使用自己的終端設備，例如手機、平板電腦體驗4G帶來的便利性。 4G網路跟現有3G網路的最大提升，就是頻寬速度的增加，未來網通設備不一定要侷限在固網連接，透過4G網路也可以享有快速的連網。其中Femtocell與Small Cell的小型基地台就是一個例子。 更重要的是，智慧型手機、平板在利用4G網路，可以完成更多的網路服務，特別是影音、影像、視訊、遠端控制等服務，這些服務通常跟家用、室內的連網設備有關係，因此未來進入4G之後，家庭內無線與有線CPE（用戶端）設備會有更多新商品可以開發，有利於網通廠的業績提高。 國內目前網通廠年營收破200億元的有友訊（2332）、明泰（3380）、智邦（2345）、正文（4906）等。其中，友訊、明泰、智邦主要是有高單價的網路交換器（Switch）與電信與系統商採購路由器（Router）的業績貢獻；至於正文則是以STB、IAD電信設備為主。 而在電信網路連接的CPE設備上，正文、中磊（5388）、智易（3596）為主。惟在4G網路用CPE端上，這3家業者今年來自4G的比重還不高，約在10%以內。預計大陸TD-LTE與全球4G環境更為成熟後，國內網通公司相關的4G設備，在明年度才有進一步的成長。

我也看完版上系列文， 忍不住來說說我狀況！ 或許我的作法、說法對很多人來看是大逆不道吧! 但還是把當年狀況題聊一下。 我剛畢業學貸還沒背起來的時候， 我老媽就耳提面命的說， 以後我們兩老你要養喔! 一開始每個月給我媽五千當家用， 然後過很久有一天我老爸不平衡了， 他罵女兒沒用，只養媽媽， 我心想WTF?家用就家用還分爸爸媽媽的喔?! 但事實是媽媽所拿的家用也不一定都用在家裡上， 這時候爸爸好像說得挺對的!兩人都要給要公平， 後來有次說以後一個月一人給兩千五到三千， 這兩老齊心協力的說以前養我一個月花多少錢我才給這樣! 問題是當時一個月薪水不到三萬阿! 然後訂了牌價爸媽都要各五千的孝親費， 然後，我就爆炸了！ 對他們說，我會給就是會給，不要管我給多少， 就算給一百塊那也是我這個月生活不好過，不要嫌東嫌西， 然後指著這對無生活壓力的父母鼻子問， 你活到這把年紀你一個月給你爸多少給你媽多少？ 你有給過你父母孝親費嗎? 沒有的話我給的一塊錢你都要心存感激， 因為你沒有同等的孝親你父母不能要求我! 我知道很大逆不道，當下是太生氣了! 但沒當時被孝親這兩個字弄得壓力很大！ 哀! 還是建議所有生活經濟有點壓力的， 這塊總是可以好好談的! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.32.183.250

由胖達人事件看錯誤網路行銷

Fae01161d197254eff7daf027b10927a 大部分由新聞報導之後就會開始有一連串的毒食品消息浮上檯面，不過這次胖達人（パン達人）事件則是由一篇部落格文章所揭發，不但在網路上很快就有一連串的事件發生，上新聞之後也經由衛生局查獲香料、色素讓整個事件在短時間就有很快的轉變。

由部落格文章開始

這次的事件是由『嚴重譴責香精麵包「胖達人手感烘培」』這篇文章所開始，ID 為 Keith 的香港部落客在文章中質疑和分析了胖達人麵包加入香精但卻不承認的嚴重問題。此文章一出就受到網友不停點擊和轉載，目前文章的讚數也超過 7 萬，瀏覽次數也超過 60 萬。

錯誤一：沒搞清問題就說要告網友

有趣的是胖達人直接就放出聲明表示自家的麵包並沒有加入香精，並表示將會對散播謠言的網友提起民、刑事訴訟，請轉載的網友不要做轉載動作。當然網友們也沒因為被威脅就退步，依舊在網路上有不少討論。而這份網路不實指控的聲明稿卻改了好多次的版本，由一開始沒有加香精，到後面不提香精，最後則是說加的是天然食材香精，沒有加入化學的人工香精，鬼打牆的程度已經常人超乎想像。

錯誤二：做壞事證據沒收好

事件的最高潮則是在 8 月 22 日衛生局突襲胖達人門市，發現了大量人工香精和色素，而且罐子上還有非常明顯的標示，也讓之前沒有加入人工香精的謊言完全被揭穿。

錯誤三：道歉還說謊

當然事件也還沒結束，8 月 23 日胖達人總經理就出面道歉，更有趣的是表示誤以為廠商提供的是不含人工香精的天然香料，所以先前才會聲明自己的麵包沒有加人工香精。但這個說法是否會有人相信，那就是個大問號了。

也許這次胖達人太小看了網民的力量，也不知道網路上的聲明都會有人備份下來才會一而再，再而三的說謊。在網路行銷中，誠信是非常重要的一個元素，發生問題只要誠心道歉並解決問題，網友自然會站在你這邊。其實網路上就已經有不少範例可以學習，義美就常常被拿來說好話，統一就常常被酸，做點功課就能知道原因，只是沒想到胖達人學到了錯誤的路線。

這次事件我們除了看到胖達人在網路上一些錯誤的反應之外，也可以觀察到廠商惡行不只是新聞能踢爆，由一篇部落格揭發的文章也可以造成非常大的連鎖反應。這也更考驗了業者不能心存僥倖，也許你賣出的黑心商品正是一個有網路影響力的人在接手。

胖達人在後續也會進行退費和重新開業，但生意是否會像以前這麼好，那就很難說了。

圖文好讀無音樂網誌版:) http://goo.gl/OcIf7a 如題之零技巧之Tips(笑)＋夾帶眼線膠筆使用心得～ 一開始是因為INTEGRATE的眼線膠筆～ 黑色＆咖啡色都買了，但是他們同時放一起，筆管上的色號又不一定朝上 每次都要重演「挨呀!又抓錯>>再撈一次>>把錯的丟回去」的戲碼實在是很膩～ 有天剛好瞥見桌上的紙膠帶，靈光一現想說用黑色斜線把黑色那支標起來好了☆ 平日大多是用咖啡色，做出辨識標記之後，一眼就能抓到「沒有貼」的那支XD 後來又出了銀灰色（帶著畫上後肉眼幾乎看不見的粉紅珠光：P） 一不做二不休，乾脆把筆管太像的，都用手邊有的紙膠帶給貼一貼～ 紙膠帶的顏色，也盡量對應彩妝品的顏色～ （其實還有一隻CHIC CHOC的蕾絲眼線膠筆也是黑筆管～但筆芯已速速乾硬退役T口T） ［圖］ :: 手背簡易試色 :: 左邊是畫2~3筆／右邊是1筆的顯色度 △上到下▽ - CLIO炫彩防水眼線膠筆：#Beige Shine No.1 冷色系粉膚，帶銀白金屬偏光。迷你版也是旋轉筆頭，容量只標了3mm×45mm。 質地綿密偏軟，有點像粉蠟筆， 一筆就顯色，太用力會掉小碎塊（乾掉前用棉花棒推勻就ok） 在明洞Forever21對面的CLIO才買了2隻眼線筆， 結帳時送了這隻迷你組box中的正貨， 剛好拿到的是可以打亮臥蠶用的粉膚色（拇指）還送了卸眼唇20ml～！ 韓妝贈品都超大方的>"※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.182.31
