【徐珮君／台北報導】10多名自稱由各校觀光系學生組成的「觀光就業自救學生會」上午在立法院前陳情，要求立委正視馬祖已通過博弈公投的法定程序，應加快審議《觀光博弈法》草案。學生手拿「速審」的陳情書，高喊「速審博弈」的口號，增加觀光就業機會。

學生代表張先生說，馬祖如成立觀光綜合度假區可帶來7萬個工作機會，期待政府把握機會，加快審議《觀光博弈法》，讓國際性的綜合開發案發揮最大的經濟效益，機會稍縱即逝，不要讓青年學子再憂心未來的就業。馬祖民眾預定10月也將發動千人到台北遊行陳情。

因工作關係,常需要蒐集大量書面圖文
做業務報告或PPT簡報的資料來源

跟一般卡片大小比，其實對照起來東西沒有我之前想像中大
底座重量也差不多330g而已，放在家裡也不太佔空間
大概還比HP黑白雷射印表機的黑色碳粉匣還小一些

比較過許多過去出過類似的東西
還是覺得這種二合一比較符合我的需求
雖然目前價格還不太可親，也說不上具C/P值
但我覺得有他的功能價值和便利性在

沒想到，他滿足了我的需求
1.重要文件檔案資料的備份，包括帳單、單據、發票、名片通通都可以
2.可以快速大量將紙本圖文的資料蒐集成自己的電子資料庫，不受限於平面或書本裝訂的限制
3.隨時隨地都可以掃描：自選接usb或裝電池不插電，很輕巧，外出使用也不受侷限
4.可自選解析度300dpi/600dpi/900dpi、模式彩色或黑白掃描
5.支援系統MS、MAC、ipad、平板電腦等USB傳輸檔案及瀏覽

以往的機型多半都是解析度太低或只能掃描黑白
但這一個機型已經直上彩色高解析度高達900dpi
實際掃描的圖片格式也可自選為JPG或PDF格式
很棒的設計是手持的主機上還有一個TFT的螢幕
根據功能選項可選擇先圖片預覽、檔案格式、解析度300dpi、600dpi或900dpi
連彩色或黑白都可以選擇

雨量不同 檢討「分區放颱風假」 【聯合報╱記者莊宗勳／台南報導】 康芮颱風來襲，幅員遼闊的台南市，前天新化、新營等地降雨量突破600毫米，災情嚴重 ，反觀原南市降雨量未超過300毫米，僅零星積水。放颱風假是否可考慮不用「一視同仁 」，採因地制宜方式，台南市長賴清德說，「可以檢討」。 行政院人事行政總處「天然災害停止上班及上課作業辦法」規定，各縣市政府可依轄區地 形、地貌、交通及地區性不同，授權所屬區長決定發布停班停課；但賴清德就任近3年， 並沒有這樣的例子，都是統一宣布是否放假。 賴清德表示，雖然目前是否放颱風假是由他統一決定，但除了中央氣象局的預測資料外， 還會詢問區長各地狀況，綜合討論後才拍板定案，經歷多次颱風，這樣的合作機制都沒有 問題。 但他也發現，山區受地形影響，降雨量幾乎都會超過平地，出現災情的機率比較高，所以 可以檢討是否授權區長，根據各地狀況分別決定是否放颱風假。 「如果可以因地制宜，當然是最好」，市議員林燕祝表示，台南市是否放颱風假的決定可 更具彈性；市議員郭國文則說，各地有狀況都應向市長回報，由市長決定即可，現行機制 運作良好。 也有區長認為，區長是市長派任，沒有民意基礎，「由區長決定是否放颱風假太沉重了」 。 若分區放颱風假，那跨區工作的民眾怎麼辦？市府勞工局長王鑫基表示，只要居住地或工 作地其中一個宣布停班停課，民眾就可放颱風假。 http://udn.com/NEWS/DOMESTIC/DOM5/8133069.shtml -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.65.54
