針對昨晚在新竹球場犀象戰發生的抗議衝突，聯盟今天上午召開審判委員會議，審視比賽錄影帶，討論義大代總教練黃煚隆與外籍主審布萊恩在過程中的動作是否失當，並將依聯盟規章進行罰款、禁賽等相關懲處，聯盟並未找當事的兩人到場說明。

聯盟副秘書長王惠民表示，上午開會已有共識，但還有一些細節要研究，今天下午會公布最後懲處結果。

王惠民指出，站在聯盟的立場，就是了解當時雙方的抗議動作是否失當，包括黃煚隆用身體衝撞裁判，布萊恩於比賽中在裁判休息室打電話，還有用手掐黃煚隆脖子的動作等進行討論。

義大球團認為，到場上抗議原本就是比賽的一部分，總教練因衝撞被驅逐出場，依聯盟規定是有相關的懲處，但布萊恩在執行主審權利是否過當，也應該提出來討論。

路女與賴交往期間，又另幫89歲獨居老榮民李姓老翁打掃、煮飯，路女也說要與李結婚，照顧其餘生，李遂與分居中妻子辦理離婚，2人隨即結婚。李在給路女127萬元郵局訂存單上，寫著若李往生，定存單將給路女。李2月個後往生，路女找李的女兒協助處理贈與事宜，李女兒感到有異提告。
 
台中地院認為路女一方面計畫與李結婚，另一方面又向賴要財產作為婚姻保障，利用老人需要人陪伴的心態，羅織結婚美夢，行為惡劣，毫無悔意，依詐欺取財、詐欺得利罪判路女有期徒刑2年4月。

【呂志明／台北報導】特偵組調查法務部長曾勇夫、高檢署檢察長陳守煌涉嫌關說案，被點名遭到關說的高檢署檢察官林秀濤，今天接受記者採訪時表示，「身為一個基督徒，我不會說謊，但特偵組引用我的證詞，卻曲解我的意思」。

特偵組引用林的證詞指出，當時陳守煌暗示林不要上訴，辦案人員還問林「檢察長如果沒有這樣的指示，你是否可能會上訴？」，當時林回答：「是，我會上訴，即使我知道他上訴審可能會判無罪，我還是會上訴以杜悠悠之口」。

林秀濤昨天接受記者採訪，見到特偵組的新聞稿臉都綠了，她表示，「當時檢察長（指陳守煌）曾在閒話家常時，指立法院有在討論這個案子，是否上訴，你依法處理」，並沒叫我一定要上訴或是不上訴。

林說，當時他看了這個案子，檢視有無違背法令的情事，發現並沒有《刑事訴訟法》377、378條等違背法令的情形，所以決定不上訴，「這個案子就像我處理的千千萬萬個案子，不會因為當事人身分特殊而改變。」

林認為，「身為一個檢察官，應該要有擔當、要有肩膀，不要為了杜悠悠之口，為了上訴而上訴」，當時她在接受特偵應訊時，也有提到這個事情，但「他們(指特偵組)卻曲解我的意思」。

林還說，「我是一個虔誠的基督教徒，如果做錯了，一定要悔改，如果是清白的，則會選擇面對，讓世人檢驗。」

另外在林秀濤同間辦公室，一樣被特偵約談的檢察官陳正芬也說，「他們也誤會、曲解我的意思」。

真是令人啼笑皆非,非常不齒!

從內政部長李鴻源"南部超抽地下水導致淹水",

內政部次長蕭家淇批地方"雨水下水道經費比一個茶葉蛋還少",

到行政院長江宜樺反嗆地方:

"不要將縣市經費優先用於華而不實的建設或活動",

以及馬英九的"毛骨悚然說",

都呈現馬政府官員以都市指標套用在地方(即使是非都會區的農業縣市),

凸顯天龍國人的傲慢與偏見!

一個颱風,一場豪雨,又使得天龍國馬政府的特質表露無遺:

無能,無心,無感

沒擔當,卸責諉過

沒分析能力,沒創意,沒執行力

黨派利益重於人民福祉

馬政府不趕快下台,台灣看不到有希望,有活力的未來!

看了網路上流傳的一個大陸人來台遊記
他說旅行中最感動的就是不管去哪、不管大小事人人都在說謝謝
因為我們是習慣這樣答謝的頻率，不覺得有多特別
日本或其他國家一定有比我們更頻繁使用「謝謝」的

有時候其實只是口頭禪，習慣了接下東西或收到訊息都先說謝謝
習慣到別人請我幫他影印資料，東西遞來都會脫口說出謝謝，明明他是要麻煩我啊

因為太習慣了比較難想像，謝謝這詞是如何能帶給人感動的？
