標題[請益] 有人看過贖罪了嗎？

【李世珍／綜合報導】好萊塢男星威爾史密斯（Will Smith）17年前主演的《星際終結者》全球大賣245.2億元台幣，導演羅蘭艾墨瑞契準備籌拍續集，威爾曾透露不會續攤，導演也表示他現在身價太貴了，請不起，但外傳兩人最近討論繼續合作，外界解讀是因威爾今年的《地球過後》慘賠，票房魅力開始下滑，打算回鍋成名作，挽救頹勢。
 
艾墨瑞契接受「Digital Spy.com」網站表示：「我曾說過威爾不會續攤《星》片，因為他一開始就拒絕，但我們現在碰面洽談，計劃再次合作，什麼事情都可能發生。」威爾在《星》片扮飛官，詮釋美國總統的比爾普曼，以及飾演電腦專家的傑夫高布倫都已答應續攤，但由於前製作業尚未展開，續集可能要到2016年才會推出。

全民電通背信案高等法院更一審採信隆元公司負責人王俊文在一審的翻供證詞，改判立委柯建銘無罪。最高檢察署特偵組調卷審查發現，更一審無罪判決有違認事用法，高檢署應上訴卻未上訴，讓全案定讞，全是受檢察長陳守煌關說的影響。

柯建銘五年前擔任全民電通公司總經理期間，拿友人一千兩百萬元支票跟公司換現金投資，後因投資失利拿回支票，但沒還錢給公司，後來指示公司會計人員，以三千兩百萬元購買成交價格僅兩千萬元的隆元國際公司股票，其中價差以支票付款，藉此免除自己對公司的一千兩百萬元債務，卻成為公司的呆帳，被地檢署依涉嫌背信罪和違反商業會計法起訴。

特偵組指出，全民電通案一、二審都以違反商業會計法判柯有期徒刑六個月、得易科罰金；最高法院發回更審，更一審合議庭以王俊文證詞，認為全案受爭議的一千兩百萬元，是柯向全民電通的借款，雖然沒有清償，但全民電通握有債權並未受損，柯無背信責任，改判無罪。

特偵組認為，柯私自以支票抵銷公司投資的一千兩百萬元，造成公司呆帳損失，雖然事後試圖清償，但當時的欺騙行為已成立背信罪，應上訴。

全民電通案目前已判決確定，除非由最高檢察總長黃世銘提起非常上訴，或是高檢署檢察官提出新事證再審，全案才能重新審理。
