（軍聞社記者李忠軒桃園六日電）國防部長嚴明今天主持國防大學「軍事深造教育一０三年班、在職一０四年班及戰研所一０四年班聯合開學典禮」時，期勉學員們把握寶貴的學習機會，涵養專業知能，用心體會將校風範、領導統御與部隊管理，自許成為優秀的高階領導幹部。

　嚴部長上午由參謀總長高廣圻上將、國防大學校長邱國正上將等人陪同，在國防大學八德校區主持此次典禮。部長提出「把握學習機會、精進本職學能」、「涵養軍人武德、砥礪將校風範」、「強化指參作為、健全領導統御」、「深切檢討反省、貫徹依法行政」等四項重點勉勵全體學員。

　部長首先引述聯強國際公司總裁杜書伍所說「及早認知正確價值觀，潛心修練基本功，將成為職場常勝軍」期許學員在全時進修的優渥環境中，積極汲取新知，學習建軍規劃、指參作業及野戰用兵原則等專業能力，並磨練思維理則與表達技巧，為未來軍旅發展奠定成功的基礎。

　部長表示，我國軍人傳統武德「智、信、仁、勇、嚴」必須隨著個人學養與智慧同步提昇，才能展現將校風範的特質，並以「存誠務實，崇法重紀」為核心，砥礪品德操守，遵守校規，善盡維護個人與團體榮譽的職責。

　部長指出，「軍以戰為主，戰以勝為先」，精實持恆的教育與訓練，是維持國軍優質戰力的不二法門，身為領導幹部必須透過各項嚴格訓練，培養部隊指揮與作戰能力，期盼學員們在共同學習與相互切磋中，磨練戰略領導與指揮參謀能力，以確保在完善溝通與合作的情境下，順利達成聯合作戰任務。

　此外，近期因少數幹部未遵守依法行政原則，使國軍多年來所建立的軍譽面臨嚴峻的考驗，部長期許各級幹部應針對社會各界探討部隊領導統御的針砭意見，虛心檢討，並從基層管教工作落實扎根，達到「人有定職、事有定規、物有定位、行動有序」的內部管理目標。

　同時，部長要求幹部要將部屬視如手足，藉由組織編組與運用，落實官兵生活照顧，付出愛心與關懷，做到上下一心、榮辱與共，進而爭取民眾的支持與認同，樹立國軍優質形象。

廠牌: ACER 型號: V3-571G (非FHD) 購入日期: 2013/3/6 距上次使用正常時間:天天 OS版本:原廠WIN8 平常作業內容:上網 有無內建還原功能(Y/N):Y 規格:I5-3210M 2.5GHz 顯卡是 GT630M 2G獨顯 4G RAM 問題內容: 問題一. 我有上網GOOGLE一下，以前沒特別注意WIFI問題，就到了昨天，發現我的上網 顯示 已限制 (WIN8似乎會有這個問題)，當初我一直以為是WIFI問題，結果 手機能正常連上WIFI使用，最後我的解決方法是 重新開機 才解決的，網路 上有人重開機都無法解決，比我更慘，有看到很多解決方法，有人說安裝驅動 之類的，我有去看看要不要更新，結果都已經是最新的了，我的版本是以下 qualcomm atheros ar5bwb222 wireless network adapter 但我上官網去看的驅動卻不一樣，有 Wireless LAN_Intel_15.5.0.42_W8x64_A 和 Wireless LAN_Atheros_10.0.0.225_W8x64_A，我想請問大家這台都安裝哪一種 的驅動?! 雖然現在WIFI問題解決了，但是怕如果又在發生，我就要重灌驅動了 問題二. 關於硬碟燈狂閃問題，我發現我有有這個問題，有似過很多方法，包括防毒先 改用小紅傘，但是改善最明顯的是....關閉光碟機 (有關差蠻多的)，一打開 你會看到燈狂閃(目前關掉)....想請問大家為甚麼會這樣呢? 【綜合報導】四川成都8月最高溫還達到攝氏36度，時序才邁入9月，天氣急轉直下，溫度降到約20度上下，當地媒體報導指出，這是成都12年來最早入秋。

康定地區則更是下起大雪，積雪一度達30多公分，因大雪封山，當地交警進行交通管制禁止車輛上山，氣象局表示受持續降雨和冷空氣影響，海拔3千公尺以上的地區，氣溫約是攝氏2到3度，容易出現雨雪天氣，今年9月初就下雪，的確提前不少，但這樣的氣候屬正常，呼籲民眾勿過度擔心。
