【張勵德／台北報導】上周國際油價走跌，台灣中油宣布從明天凌晨0時起調降國內油價，各式汽油每公升調降0.2元，柴油每公升降0.1元。調整後92無鉛汽油每公升34.5元、95無鉛汽油每公升36.0元、98無鉛汽油每公升38.0元、超級柴油每公升33.5元。台塑石化預計傍晚宣布調價，調幅料與中油相同。

中油公司表示，由於市場預期美國可望限縮空襲敘利亞規模，舒緩原油供應緊張的預期心理，加上季節已漸由夏轉秋，原油需求預期將由旺轉淡等因素影響，導致上周國際油價下跌。調價指標油價周均價為每桶111.71美元，較前周下跌0.45美元，加計新台幣升值後，依公式計算跌幅為0.6％，汽油每公升調降0.2元、柴油每公升調降0.1元。

移民署與義美食品公司今天上午在桃園縣義美觀光工廠，舉辦中秋做月餅公益活動，請來山寨版鋼鐵人 JOSE（中文名楊子玄）戴墨鏡進場，會場小朋友驚呼「哇! 好像哦」，JOSE隨後穿著鋼鐵人裝，比畫動作仿鋼鐵人現身製作月餅DIY，吸引許多鋼鐵人粉絲拍照，移民署長謝立功、義美總經理高志明共同宣布，捐出300份義美禮盒給賽珍珠基金會轉贈偏遠弱勢的新移民，做為秋節賀禮。

高雄市佛臨濟助會和高雄地檢署今天在中鼓山老活動中心合辦FUN慶中秋公益關懷活動，現場安排社區婆媽登台表演土風舞、手語、歌仔戲、拳擊有氧健身操等才藝，並由理事長黃景品帶領高雄地檢署主任檢察官曾靖雅、社會局副局長謝琍琍等人分送月餅和綠豆椪等應景點心給觀眾品嘗。

【許敏溶╱台北報導】包括導演侯孝賢等藝文界人士，今下午齊聚台北市公館蟾蜍山下的「煥民新村」，希望搶救北市最後一個山城眷村，曾在此度過40歲生日的侯孝賢說，政府與地主台灣科技大學不該看到建築物老就想拆，建議台科大三思後行。  

興建於1952年的煥民新村位在公館蟾蜍山腳下，居民多為空軍作戰司令部眷戶，藝人費玉清和張菲都在這成長，歌手伍佰剛從嘉義北上打拼時也曾落腳於此，侯孝賢則是在1987於此地拍電影「尼羅河女兒」並度過40歲生日，侯說，台科大為興建停車場、新大樓，打算拆掉這村子，希望台科大多想想，只要將此地整理乾淨，再請台科大設計系學生加以設計，便可在這舉辦各種展覽，等於是台科大校園的延伸，也保留歷史記憶，一舉兩得。

新聞來源： ETtoday 五月天熱唱《蘭陵王》主題曲　謝金燕Cosplay主播助陣 http://www.ettoday.net/news/20130907/267243.htm 記者蕭采薇／台北報導 走過大大小小城市，五月天的《諾亞方舟》6日開進台中「靠岸」，也是亞洲最終場。阿信說：「這兩年，五月天走過很多城市、飯店、體育館，有上海8萬人體育館、北京10萬人的鳥巢。但不知道為什麼，今天感覺台中體育場又更大了。」石頭說：「用五月天身分在這邊唱歌是很開心的，尤其是在自己的土地上。」 五月天2013《諾亞方舟》世界巡迴演唱會從2011年唱到2013年，包括台中4場，世界各地巡迴已累積71場，台灣北中南共計15場，場場秒殺，累計42萬歌迷參與，創下台灣演唱會最多場次與參與人數紀錄。亞洲最終場，五月天邀請「電音女神」謝金燕化身「明日主播」，立刻引爆全場三萬歌迷熱情，超高分貝尖叫的對著螢幕大聲喊：「姐姐！」謝金燕也透露：「刻意要裝正經反而好想搞笑！」 自高雄世運主場館後，睽違9個月後《諾亞方舟》再駛回台灣，在台中的國立體育大學田徑場開唱。巡迴過兩度季節更迭，五月天換上較輕薄的「夏日版」服裝開唱，卻仍唱得滿身是汗。五月天曾說要效法偶像披頭四，生涯只發10張專輯。演唱會上冠佑預告：「諾亞方舟也是該靠岸的時候，台中場結束後，五月天就要窩在錄音室作傳說中的倒數第二張專輯。」而五月天搭上近日熱播《蘭陵王》主題曲《入陣曲》，6日也首度在台演唱。 而冠佑曾允諾要在台灣最終場前學會吉他，演唱會上他卻說：「那個弦按了手好痛，老師說長繭就好了，聽到長繭我就不想學了！」馬上被怪獸吐槽：「我們的(手)就不會痛嘛！」阿信也幫腔：「難道我們手痛就應該喔！」最後冠佑還被虧「不只是公子哥，還是娘砲。」因此被拱「用女生的聲音」唱《T121 3121》。冠佑場場被虧，四人假裝排擠冠佑，得逞後阿信用撒嬌的聲音說：「哎唷！開玩笑的啦！認真喔！」足見五月天好感情。 五月天也回憶在走過的68場《諾亞方舟》中印象最深刻的事，石頭卻說：「其實我最懷念的，是以前在旁邊的水利廣場辦簽唱會。很多個夏天，你們陪我們走過，有時候還會下雷陣雨，我就看著車窗外的你們淋濕陪著我們，謝謝你們。」一番話逼哭一票現場老五迷。五月天結束在6、7及14、15日台中演唱會後，將投入3D演唱會電影《5月天諾亞方舟》宣傳，18日全台3D、4DX上映。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.78.93.212

【綜合報導】G20峰會最後一天，俄羅斯總統普丁在記者會上表示「俄羅斯和美國就敘利亞問題，未能達成共識，以軍事行動干預敘利亞，會造成中東動亂，反而導致反效果。」
 
同天歐巴馬在記者會上則表示「敘利亞擴大使用化武，已威脅到鄰國土耳其、約旦、黎巴嫩、伊拉克和以色列，恐造成中東地區動亂，國際社會應該要有所回擊，但不是透過安理會行動，安理會就敘利亞問題僵持不下，不需要聯合國同意，各國應該主動回應敘利亞問題。」
 
下周國會將投票表決軍事制裁敘利亞，歐巴馬拒絕回應，如果未能通過的話，他下一步會怎麼做，同時歐巴馬宣布10日將在白宮向美國民眾說明，攻打敘利亞的原因。
