【陳方瑩／南投報導】南投縣埔里鎮宏仁國中操場有棵台灣欒樹，上學期疑生病枯死了，校方報請縣府教育處移除。但新學期開始，拔河校隊20多名選手，在集訓1個星期後，自告奮勇「處理」它。

昨在教練張金豐帶領下，先砍斷裸露粗大的樹根，再將樹幹套上粗繩，隊員把枯樹當假想敵，小試身手一番，左右兩側輪流用力拉拔，不一會兒枯樹即連根拔起。張金豐說，上學年是拔河校隊的豐收年，參加全國及全縣比賽獲得超過8冠軍獎盃，部分選手已經畢業，期許新加入團隊的老幹新枝，有更一層樓的好表現。

【大紀元2013年09月08日訊】（大紀元記者張妮法國報導）9月7日（週六）晚，美國務卿約翰•克里抵達巴黎與外交部長洛朗•法比尤斯會面，兩人在新聞發佈會上再度明確肯定美、法將會聯手打擊敘利亞的立場。

美國務卿此次旋風式到歐洲與歐盟各國會面。昨日抵達立陶宛維爾紐斯，今晨與歐盟各國部長召開詳細討論會議。

在新聞發佈會上，約翰•克里和洛朗•法比尤斯共同表態稱，美國和法國不是孤立的。

洛朗•法比尤斯說：「如果（敘利亞政府）使用化學武器集體屠殺民眾不是事實，我們出戰的話是個錯誤，但現在事實證明敘利亞政府軍動用了化學武器，那麼，不懲罰這種行為則是個錯誤。」他還說，可喜的是，國際上對此舉持支持態度的聲音越來越強了。八國集團裡已有7個國家表態支持，在G20會議上，已有12國作出強烈反應。

約翰•克里說：「我們不能面對大屠殺而無動於衷，我們應該明確有效地、有針對性的、有限度的作出回應。」他同時代表美國總統奧巴馬感謝法國的支持。

約翰•克里還透露，奧巴馬還沒有決定是否要等聯合國的調查結果出來後才行動。

約翰•克里將於8日（週日）趕往倫敦，9日返回美國。
