【劉曉霞／台北報導】延宕半年的雙子星開發案，第2順位中華工程昨天跳出來，呼籲北市府盡快與其議約興建，中工總經理蔡維力說，拖下去對市府也有損失，市府財政將虧損36億元。

蔡維力昨天強調，中工已準備資金，只要北市府議約，馬上就可繳交保證金。他以奧運比賽為例，第1名被驗出使用禁藥，也不必重賽，直接由第2名遞補金牌。

不知道大家有沒有碰過 陪對方去買東西 然後對方挑兩個喜歡的問你 這兩個東西哪個你比較喜歡 當你認真選擇其中之一後 事後(已經買了 無法退貨)竟然說 其實我比較喜歡另外一個 如果是在吵架的時候 或是買到爛貨很快就壞掉的 就會說甚麼都你害我選這爛貨之類的話 請問這樣是不是代表對方思想很不成熟 下次如果又遇到這種事情 是不是就不要認真幫他選 直接跟他說你喜歡哪個就選哪個就好? 可是這樣又很掃興 這種情形該怎麼做最佳呢? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.152.224

【大紀元2013年09月08日訊】(大紀元記者王曉蓮紐約報導）韓式米腸是韓國最人氣的小吃，無論是在餐廳還是在街邊攤都同樣受歡迎。韓式米腸以它特殊的味道吸引著所有人，初聞好像有點難聞的味道，吃過後卻再也忘不了，可能甚麼時候就突然發現好想再吃。韓式米腸不僅味道特殊，還是非常健康的食品。不僅可以養生補血，還對肝、肺等非常有好處。在紐約，去哪裏吃最正宗的韓式米腸呢？從韓國米腸故鄉——竝川縣走出來的李剛遠先生把韓國知名的「竝川姐妹米腸」帶到了紐約。

●曾獲「總統獎」的愛心老闆

李剛遠先生在韓國和美國從事餐飲業20多年，愛心敬業，多年來秉持著「賺錢要回饋給社會」的理念，一直熱心公益事業。他擔任韓國忠清道同鄉會會長的同時，還擔任韓食世界化的理事，並在韓國駐紐約大使館所屬的紐約韓國僑團做過多年義工。2012年，鑒於李先生對政府和社區的巨大貢獻，韓國總統直屬的諮詢委員會授予李剛遠先生「總統獎」。

李老闆曾經經營過BBQ燒烤店、自助餐廳、大型Salad Bar，李老闆走到哪裏，就把喜愛他的老客人帶到了哪裏。談起家鄉的特產——竝川米腸，李老闆非常自豪地介紹說：「韓國的『竝川姐妹米腸』店非常有名，我把同名的店開到紐約，就是要把最正宗的米腸帶給大紐約的朋友。」

●正宗家鄉味帶給紐約客

韓式米腸是韓國獨特的民俗食品，把豬腸中最細最嫩的部份清洗乾淨之後，灌注豬血、粘米、綠豆芽、水芹芽、蘿蔔、白菜葉子、豆腐、豬肉丁等30多種材料，所以米腸是富含維生素B、鐵及蛋白質的綠色保健食品。李老闆說，竝川米腸採用豬腸中最為細膩柔軟的小腸作為原料，與一般韓式米腸多採用肉和粉條為主要食材相比，竝川米腸70%的食材是蔬菜，所以味道清淡鮮美，很受人們喜愛。竝川米腸充分體現了韓國人利用各種蔬菜調製香甜可口美味的飲食文化。

●500人份大鍋熬製12小時鮮湯

以韓式米腸為原料做成的各種湯類，更是滋補的美味，還有解酒、醒酒等功效，男士、女士都喜愛。這裡不僅提供美味的「竝川米腸湯」，還有竝川排骨湯、參雞湯、雞段湯、清進洞血豆腐湯等各種鮮湯和黃豆芽菜、昆持巖牛頭等各種湯飯。

李老闆特別從韓國進口2個500人份的大鍋，底湯用豬骨、牛骨熬製12小時，待冷卻後，把上面的油脂層全面去掉，所以湯水鮮美，一點也不油膩。

李老闆根據中國人的飲食習慣，特別準備了華人喜愛、豐富價廉的套餐。套餐1：鐵板烤牛仔骨+滋補人參雞湯+海鮮蔥油餅；套餐2：鐵板烤鴨肉片+滋補人參雞湯+豆腐煲，套餐皆配有免費飲料或啤酒(2瓶)。新張期間，套餐享受10$OFF優惠，至9月底結束。

總統馬英九今天對司法關說疑案親上火線。黨政高層表示，被關說者已下台負起政治責任，關說者不能置身事外。

馬總統下午嚴正發表約4分鐘談話，指立法院長涉司法關說，是台灣民主政治與法治發展「最恥辱的一天」，並呼籲全國民眾堅定地捍衛台灣的民主法治。

最高檢察署特別偵查組6日召開記者會，針對前法務部長曾勇夫、高檢署檢察長陳守煌涉關說，認定事證明確，分別移送監察院及行政評鑑。同為關說疑雲當事人的還包括立法院長王金平與民主進步黨立法院黨團總召集人柯建銘。

黨政高層表示，這是大是大非的問題，從國家的層面論，國會議長與法務部長關說司法，此事已衝擊到國家的司法運作，會造成司法信心崩盤；從個人信念論，關說司法，已經嚴重踰越總統的理念，「總統已沒有不表達嚴正立場的空間」。

外界詢問，總統今天的聲明，是不是要王金平知所進退？黨政高層指出，總統今天的聲明，一方面是呼籲國人，不能坐視關說司法成為理所當然，另一方面，也是個人對司法正義理念的伸張。

黨政高層說，總統親上火線，對象又是立法院長王金平，不可諱言可能讓事件衍生衝擊，但在司法正義的最後防線上，「是可忍，孰不可忍」，總統已退無可退，只有捍衛理念，站出來說清楚、講明白，至少要告訴大家，總統不能容忍、也不會坐視。

對於陰謀論、鬥爭論的指控，黨政高層表示，這些都是轉移焦點的說法，真正的問題是，台灣社會，允許立法院長關說司法個案嗎？

黨政高層表示，這整件事情，馬總統都是被動告知，檢察總長黃世銘向總統報告前，總統並不知道黃世銘要說什麼，聽完報告後，也沒有指示檢方任何舉動，不干涉司法、不介入司法個案，是總統堅持的理念，「從前如此、現在如此、未來也如此」。

對於監聽的疑問，黨政高層表示，這部分特偵組已有說明，這是針對司法案件的合法監聽，民進黨不必模糊焦點，把這件事扭曲為政治監聽。反倒是民進黨主席蘇貞昌、前黨主席蔡英文等人，到現在還沒有道德勇氣告訴國人，如何處理柯建銘關說，難道還要持續護短？
