可去買些健身器材,但我是每天做個100下仰臥起坐幾個禮拜就很結實了,但數量一定要慢慢加,才不會受傷,仰臥起坐一定要在軟的地面或床墊上作,不然會傷腰椎!祝你有傲人腹肌喔!

【綜合報導】數萬波蘭民眾14日走上華沙街頭，抗議總理圖斯克（Donald Tusk）的社會福利政策。要求將法定退休年齡從67歲修改成65歲，同時要求提高最低工資水準。

這場抗議活動是由當地工會發起，工會發言人表示，讓本屆政府下臺是改變波蘭政局現狀的唯一辦法。過去幾天中，波蘭已經舉行了好幾場抗議總理圖斯克的示威活動。主辦者稱約23000人參與了11日舉行的第一輪抗議示威活動，而官方稱共有15000人參加。

標題[心得] 豔陽海島防曬: Fasio光護罩 / 理膚寶水

最近和同學到艷陽高照的海島旅遊五天 我們的行程主要是用機車當交通工具、或是徒步走路 太陽相當熱情 超~級~曬~!!!!! 不過這次做了萬全的準備 所以沒有曬黑唷! 防曬的方法如下 1. 物理性防曬 UV100：防曬外套、寬帽沿的帽子、手套 2. 防曬乳液 a) 理膚寶水 安得利全護極效防曬乳 使用部位：臉部頸部為主 防曬力：★★★★★ (完全沒曬黑) 防水力：★★★★ (海島風很大，雖然太陽很曬但我頭部沒啥流汗，所以可能有點不準確) 致粉刺：這五天，天天擦厚厚一層在臉上 & 不斷補擦，沒有致粉刺 悶熱度：★★★ (有點悶) 泛白度：★★★★ (滿明顯臉上有一層白白的) b) Fasio 光護罩UV防曬露 (防水型) 使用部位：四肢，以衣服沒有遮到的皮膚為主 防曬力：★★★★ (腿沒曬黑，手有一點點黑，但沒有達顯著的黑) 防水力：★★★★★★★★ 爆表超過五顆星 (防水力真的很強，即便用肥皂洗過還是繼續防水...可能要卸妝吧 可是腿和手的皮膚很大片 我捨不得用卸妝 XDD 後來用絲瓜刷搭配沐浴乳，輕輕刷洗皮膚，才完全洗掉) 致粉刺：沒有擦臉上 所以不知道 ^^" 悶熱度：挺清爽的! 完全不黏膩喔! 泛白度：沒有泛白~很不錯! 以上是大概的分享，這次只用了兩款防曬乳液， 以回購率來說，我可能兩款都會買~ 兩者各有優缺點，但若以曬不黑為首要目標， 理膚寶水略勝一籌! 若以其他屬性 (防水、泛白、悶熱) 綜合來看，Fasio光護罩會是比較好的選擇 以上是大概的分享 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.112.58
