原文恕刪 以我在台中而言 這是我新鮮人求職&面試的經驗 無勞健保=常態 22K=正常 低於22K=不稀奇 當然 薪水我覺得已經見怪不怪 大家都是混口飯吃 可是 我發現 台中很多勞健保 能閃則閃 反正理由藉口通通有 以下列出我印象較深的 也剛好都是補教業=_=" 鴻X補習班 台中北屯 試用期三個月 無勞健保 會刻扣薪資 無視你的加班 當初員工就三人 我剛好太雞婆 凡事都會顧到 看頭看尾 搞到後來同事戲稱我是總管 老闆也是啥事都找我辦 還曾經幫老闆寫過 存證信函 解決她跟其他人的糾紛 進去不到一個月 除了 金錢方面 沒有經手 其他幾乎都摸過邊了 印象中 不到三個禮拜 他叫我幫她找人 還面試...我還只是新人耶= =" 最後為了刻扣薪資跟勞健保鬧翻 最後有追討回來 吉X堡 台中 南屯 這是經人介紹進去的 是該家補習班的老闆兼金主介紹我進去 當然該補習班主任馬上就說完條件 試用期無勞健保 看能力決定多久 不足月 每日700元 足月21K 視能力馬上調整 不OK則是當月底滾人 主任人不錯 一直積極以教務培訓我 並告知我要以"教務"心態上班 遠程目標都規劃好了 而問題點出在於 勞健保 先前參加過 青年就業讚 政府會追蹤我是否有工作 通常會以勞健保為參考基準 我進去吉X堡做兩個月左右後 政府打來問說 "你當時回報有工作 可是沒勞健保" "可不可以跟我們說一下是哪間？ 或是請雇主提供工作證明？" 後來跟主任討論過後 主任以"苦衷跟人數限制"婉拒幫我加勞健保 請我再找工作 想說既然要離開 便禮貌性告知"介紹人"此事 沒想到主任馬上被罵翻 介紹人告知我隔天去領薪水 不用上班了 到補習班經過主任才知道 介紹人很討厭人事糾紛 認為主任不給面子 連介紹過去的都沒勞健保 可是我最後還是走了 因為 不可能為了外人跟同事過不去 不過主任對我也不算差 第一個月就真的調薪 也給我免費車位 縱使當時介紹人曾經告訴我 去投訴 讓主任吃點苦 才知道學乖 但是基於對介紹人的感謝 與 主任 對我也不錯 我沒投訴 看到文章有感而發 我自認是一個很認真又細心的人 可以想到很多方面的事情 工作態度有責任制的想法 但是總是遇到怪老闆 怪公司... 有時候我真的在檢討是不是我的問題... 我沒計較薪水阿 要求勞健保過份嗎...哎... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.41.153.192

1.我想請問如9月1號簽合約(雙方談好薪資、合約起迄日期並簽名)，但合約上約聘起始日期為9月5號開始，那麼這份合約生效了嗎?

2.另外我想請問現在的補習班一定要簽約、試用期不給薪水、離職須提前幾個月告知否則違約，這樣究竟合不合理?

3.離職被指責無人帶班造成補習班損失，直接從薪水扣薪水，是否違反勞基法第22及26條?

4.補習班常以一句責任制，好像加班都理所當然，這樣沒有法律約束嗎?
