政治中心／台北報導 前紅衫軍總指揮施明德16日出面呼籲馬英九能專職擔任總統角色。此外他認為在本次處理關說案中，要負責任的還有前總統府副秘書長羅智強、中選會主委張博雅與檢察總長黃世銘。施明德認為，張黃兩人違反程序、破壞程序正義，至於羅智強，像一個殺老大的小弟，就算他暫離政壇，但施呼籲，大家一定要好好記得他這次的做為。 施明德16日下午與前民進黨主席許信良、前行政院退除役官兵輔導委員會主任委員胡鎮埔一同舉行記者會，除了呼籲馬適可而止，也認為上述3人該負起相關責任。 施明德、許信良先點名黃世銘，儼然讓特偵組成為威權復辟工具，應依法嚴懲；施明德三問黃世銘，為何要拿監聽內容直接請示馬總統？當時存什麼樣的動機？若馬英九不處理你該怎麼做？他認為黃世銘用這種方式已讓司法公信盡失，未來誰能相信特偵組是公正的。 除了黃世銘，施明德也直指張博雅讓他相當失望，因為中央選舉委員會組織法規定，重大案件應開委員會議決議，但王金平遭註銷黨籍，張博雅非但沒依規定審議，還火速將函送至立法院，做法明顯違法。施明德說，未來民眾誰會相信公正獨立，「張博雅這個主委還可以幹嗎？」 最後，施明德將砲火射向羅智強，他認為羅在種件事中充當打手角色，卻活像個黑道小弟在殺老大。未來若羅要從事選舉，他要大家好好記住這幾天的言行，因為「如此猖狂與無情，將來掌握權力還得了」。 看到羅智強批評國民黨榮譽主席連戰，施明德認為簡直就是張牙舞爪，強要出頭。

記者康仁俊／台北報導 國民黨立院黨團在今（16）日下午在國民黨中央召開黨團大會，不過在65席國民黨立委中，只有38人出席，前黨團書記長賴世葆更將砲口對向行政部門，說有很多立委批評「行政部門老是在上游拉屎，底下清都清不乾淨，還嫌我們清的姿勢不好。」 原本黨團大會並沒有邀請馬英九總統以及行政院長江宜樺出席，不過馬、江兩人後來也決定預計在下午4點左右出席。 黨團在大會前，先舉行黨團書記長交接儀式，卸任黨團書記長職務的賴士葆抨擊，有很多立委抱怨，「行政部門老是在上游拉屎，底下清都清不乾淨，還嫌我們清得姿勢不好。」 國民黨副主席兼秘書長曾永權則說，明天是立法院第四會期的開始，政府從這一天開始，能否更為穩定、促進經濟復甦，有賴立院黨團協助，他也期待重大優先法案與預算都能順利完成。 為了讓行政部門與藍委間能有更多互動，馬英九總統在今日晚間起，將在總統府內分批與國民黨立委見面，初步以立法院各委員會作為區分，今日是國防外交及內政委員會成員約10人，行政院長江宜樺也會出席。

記者王鼎鈞／台北報導 《TVBS》民調馬英九總統滿意度11%，《年代》民調僅剩9.2%創新低，馬英九總統今（16）日參觀展覽時，記者先是詢問總統好不好看，總統面對媒體鏡頭說「好」；接著立即追問民調一事，馬總統面不改色、立即轉向，繼續觀展，不回應。 馬總統今早參加在中正紀年堂舉辦的「總統您好！-中華民國與美國元首外交影像暨文物特展」開幕典禮前受訪，被問到與立法院長王金平見面時會不會尷尬，總統回應說，「不會。」 開幕剪彩後，馬總統觀展時，記者問及民調創新低，總統不回應。 在會場外，有許多遊客駐足圍觀。

[新聞] 洗腦歌曲入侵《英雄聯盟》！玩家將狐狸之歌改造成趣味提摩之歌

最近網路上不斷風傳一首相當有趣的洗腦歌，歌名叫「The Fox」，這首歌是由北歐挪威的 Ylvis 樂團所創作，大部分的玩家都直接稱呼這首歌叫「狐狸怎麼叫？」，音樂的節奏和相當惡搞的歌詞很快就讓這首歌在網路上瘋傳。
但這首歌所影響的可不是只有一般的網路世界而已...這可怕的洗腦歌曲還闖進了《英雄聯盟》，被玩家重新製作更改歌詞之後，變成了「What Does Teemo Say?」，影片的娛樂程度可是一點都不輸原作啊！
