Evernote 今天在官方部落格正式公開了全新的「積點換好康」機制：「Invite Friends. Get Points. Introducing the Evernote Referral Program.」，讓 Evernote 老用戶透過邀請新朋友使用 Evernote 來累積點數並換取獎品，而更特別的是，獲得邀請的新朋友可以獲得一個月的 Evernote 專業版使用體驗。

我自己這幾年使用 Evernote 的過程中，也發現 Evernote 用戶常常更有一種熱情，想要把這麼好的筆記服務與背後自己的獨門方法，分享給身邊的朋友。我想這是因為 Evernote 與真實的人生需求非常密切結合，而許多舊用戶感受到這樣的筆記方法真的改變了我們的工作與生活的關係。

不過要改變方法畢竟不是簡單的事情，我自己除了在部落格、書籍上寫文章分享我的 Evernote 方法外（因為這是大家可以自由選擇要不要閱讀的分享園地），真實生活中我反而不會強力推薦身邊的朋友非用 Evernote 不可，除非有一天他們看了我的用法而自己覺得很想試試看，我才會介紹他們可以怎麼用。而現在的「積點換好康」活動，或許對新用戶又增加了一個吸引力。

根據 Evernote 官方部落格的說法，如果你已經是 Evernote 用戶，可以登入「 Evernote 網頁版」後，從網頁右上方進入後台設定，在「積點換好康」頁面舊可以點擊〔獲得更多 Evernote 點數〕來邀請朋友。

接著會進入邀請朋友的畫面，輸入對方的電子郵件地址即可。

朋友會收到一封開始使用 Evernote 的信件，透過信件裡的連結去註冊一個 Evernote 帳號，並且在電腦、手機任何一個安裝版的 Evernote 軟體、 App 登入帳戶即可。

依據 Evernote 官方說法，獲得邀請加入的新朋友可以在完成註冊，下載電腦桌面版或手機 App 並登入後，得到一個月專業版的免費體驗。

圍著紅紅的烤爐，大口吃著一片片肥美的肉片，再喝上一口冰涼的啤酒，此生大概就無憾了。嗯？致癌物質，沒那麼嚴重吧，燒焦的地方刮掉不就好了。但真的有那麼簡單嗎？

你吃進去的5種毒

滋滋作響的肉片，冒著美味的肉汁泡泡，火頭正旺，異環胺（HCA）可能已經悄悄找上你，大火燒著急著把油脂逼出，嘶～一聲，油脂終於滴落在燒得火紅的木炭上，冒起一陣白煙，多環芳香烴（PAH）立刻占有你每一個呼吸。

有害物質1號：多環芳香烴（PAH）是因油脂類燃燒不完全產生，大部分的PAH存在於煙霧及燒焦的部分，有致癌的疑慮。

而肉類含有豐富的蛋白質，經過高溫燒烤、油炸的烹調步驟，會產生有害物質2號：異環胺（HCA），長期大量攝食可能增加大腸癌、乳癌之發生機率。不只油脂和肉類，澱粉，你常見的土司、馬鈴薯，經過高溫烹調也會產生有害物質3號：丙烯醯酸（AA）；台灣大學食品科技研究所所長葉安義指出，在細胞實驗與動物實驗都已經證實，丙烯醯胺會引發基因突變，對人體具有潛在性危害。

長庚醫院毒物科主任林杰樑醫師還提到，經過燒烤等高溫乾熱的料理方式後，會使本來就容易產生有害物質4號：先進糖化終產物（AGEs）的高油脂高蛋白質食物（沒錯！就是指你烤的那些肉），AGEs增加10～100 倍，而AGEs易導致血管病變，吃太多，動脈硬化、腎臟病等可能就離你不遠了。

講到燒烤，絕對不會缺席的這一位重點人物就是香腸了。大家一定不陌生，香腸、臘肉、培根、火腿等肉類製品需要添加防腐劑亞硝酸鹽，而亞硝酸鹽易因加熱或其他原因變成具有強致癌性的有害物質5號：亞硝酸胺。

時間越長溫度越高致癌物質越多

【綜合報導】今年第18號颱風萬宜(Man-Yi)昨天(16日)橫掃日本，造成嚴重災情，許多人擔心福島核電廠滲漏的輻射水，與周圍降下雨水含輻射量的問題。負責營運的東京電力公司(TEPCO)今天表示，福島第一核電站利用萬宜颱風過境，排放了積存在污水儲存罐周邊、輻射濃度未超標的雨水，總量達到1100噸。

東電強調，經檢測，這些積存雨水的輻射量都沒有超過30貝可，在安全範圍之內，才會選擇將其釋放，但釋放後的積存雨水是不是直接流入大海，則無法確認。東電將設法避免再有雨水積存在污水儲存罐周圍。

【洪振生/屏東報導】屏東縣高樹鄉農會上午舉辦第一屆木瓜選秀賽，瓜果的外觀、口感、糖度和風味是這次評分依據，最後由種瓜超過30年經驗的王伯昭獲選冠軍，獎金1萬元。他強調種木瓜務必堅持瓜果熟度，尤其颱風來臨前，不該因為擔心損失而搶收，否則品質易受影響。
 
選秀活動開始由勁歌熱舞暖場，評審員在台下檢視木瓜果形、色澤皮表，品嚐果實的香氣、甜度、水份和質地。高樹鄉農會總幹事謝朝景表示，全鄉木瓜種植面積原有400多公頃，莫拉克颱風毀園逾半，目前已在恢復中，去年受到該鄉瓜農獲獎鼓勵，今年特地舉辦評鑑會激發瓜農信心。
