【綜合報導】斯洛伐克國會昨日對總理費柯(Robert Fico)的不信任案，展開馬拉松式辯論，而一名議員拿出費柯的人型紙板當做辯論工具，引發執政黨議員不滿，雙方於是爆發肢體衝突。

反對派議員瑪托夫(Igor Matovic)在議場上拿出費柯穿球衣的人型紙板，諷刺費柯，一名執政黨議員想要拿開紙板，但瑪托夫表示這是他的財物，雙方於是爆發肢體衝突。

據悉議會現場曾有「開酒趴」，不排除議員們曾在開議前飲酒，但議員們皆否認。

你很常用這種句型和身邊的人溝通嗎？那你可能有一點點「控制狂」的傾向喔，常常累死自己、逼瘋別人。人們常說帶人要帶心，創業者或主管應該要更小心注意自己是否有控制狂症狀，一旦失去團隊和員工的心，專業能力再強也是巧婦難為無米之炊。

控制狂從不覺得自己是控制狂

控制狂都很真心地認為，他們的所作所為是在幫助人們，心中總有「我是為你好啊！」的委屈和悲壯。而且。他們總覺得某些工作除了他們自己之外，一定沒有人做得來。如果他們的「好心」被身邊的人拒絕或抗拒，有時候他們還會忍不住上演一齣「好心被雷親」的戲碼。每次聽見朋友遇到這種主管或老闆，我都很想幫朋友恐嚇那些老闆們，「這顆地球少了你並不會因此停止轉動好嘛，這麼喜歡控制別人，下輩子不會投胎當 Ctrl 鍵嗎？」

育成創投 Lamp Post Group 創辦人 Shelly Prevost 在 Inc. 上發表一篇文章討論控制欲，提出了許多控制狂在日常生活中會出現的行為和想法，她認為，企業創辦人或是主管應該要避免這些狀況。

控制狂最喜歡挑人毛病

有控制狂症狀的人很容易認為，他們所有的批評都是有建設性的，然後冠冕堂皇地樣子跟你說，「唉唷，我都是為你好呀，你要改啦」，要不就愛強迫別人跟隨他的意志做事。還有一種很恐怖的，有些人甚至會控制別人對他的「印象」、控制別人怎麼「想」他這個人。控制狂甚至會覺得，如果他們可以幫人們改變缺點，他會很有成就感；這種控制狂完全把自己的快樂建築在別人的痛苦上。

為什麼會有這麼強的控制欲？有控制狂傾向的人們很少意識到，這種不由自主的控制欲，其實來自他們自己內心橫行不受控制的焦慮感。例如：「如果我不掌控一切，我會被 Fired 掉（公司會倒）！」「如果我不在 6 點以前回家，我就是個很糟的父母。」「如果我沒有獲得晉升，我就是個失敗者！」一連串非理性的想法，讓這些人忍不住要控制一切，而通常控制一切的手段，就是控制其他人。
