(中央社記者江明晏台北17日電)中華電信「2013電信創新應用大賽」首度舉辦「MOD互動微電影創作」比賽。

經2個多月評選後，16部微電影從近300部參賽作品中脫穎而出。

中華電信今天舉行頒獎典禮，台灣偶像劇導演瞿友寧稱讚得獎作品類型多元、風格各異，多部作品兼具技巧與內涵，讓人眼睛為之一亮，尤其學生組展現比社會組更多元的題材、更深入的觀點、更好的創作品質與更宏觀的創作視野，顯示未來影像產業有更多更值得期待的明天。

文化部影視及流行音樂產業局主任秘書董竹英也應邀出席頒獎典禮。

中華電信多年以電信創新應用大賽帶動國內數位學習及創作風潮，培育資通訊人才，其中「創作擂台」今年已邁入第10屆，今年首度舉辦的「MOD互動微電影創作」比賽吸引近300個團隊參與，得獎隊伍作品將會於MOD平台上架。

中華電信總經理石木標表示，除了充實網路基礎建設外，在培育創新資通訊人才上也責無旁貸，期待未來的「電信創新應用大賽」能夠孕育出更多優秀的創意新星。

歷經2個多月的評選，共有16部作品獲得評審團青睞，其中社會組前3名分別是「Project MOD」、「窮搖式愛情」、「擲筊人生」，校園組冠、亞軍為「無聲片刻」、「林豔秋」，而「生命的減法」、「在哪Monster」則不分軒輊並列季軍。1020917

【陳意佳／台北報導】紐約保養品牌Kiehl’s（契爾氏）每年都舉辦公益活動，今年以「牽手」為主題，邀來天后張惠妹（阿妹）冰河醣蛋白保濕霜限量公益版的設計，她親自發想設計瓶蓋，以2顆愛心相互牽手的塗鴉，傳達大手牽小手景象，表達給予孩童溫暖、支持與守護的最終理念。顏色則選擇溫暖的粉色搭配黑色，傳達溫暖鼓勵的同時，不失阿妹的個人特色。
