先前曾傳大陸鞋服品牌企業富貴鳥擬以「H股全流通」形式在香港上市，近日有消息指，又有兩家陸企獲得放行，分別為天地一號以及諾奇。此三家棄A股轉H股的陸企可望接續建設銀行腳步，成為大陸證監會放行H股全流通的試行個案。

據香港信報報導，香港新股市場氣氛近日持續升溫，即使多檔新股招股期有所重疊，致市場資金相對緊張，依然獲多倍超額認購。因此，不少計劃赴港上市新股看準時機，希望趕搭這股熱潮，盡快推出。

值得注意的是，其中有三家擬上市企業計劃以「H股全流通」的方式進行IPO（首次公開發行股票），皆為大陸企業，分別為富貴鳥、大陸最大醋品牌天地一號，以及男裝零售與批發商諾奇。相關作業緊鑼密鼓進行中，冀望搶在今年第四季掛牌。

「H股全流通」指在香港上市的大陸企業所持有的法人股及國有股，全數轉化為H股交易流通。大陸上市公司發行的股票通常有一部分不能流通（即在交易所公開買賣），包括國有股、法人股等，缺點是造成非流通股大股東不關心股價，妄自執行不利流通股東的行為。

市場消息透露，上述三家企業已向大陸證監會及港交所申請上市，富貴鳥最可能搶得頭香，預計最快可於10月進行上市聆訊，計劃集資2億至3億美元。天地一號也在積極爭取中。

市場消息指出，本次計劃以H股全流通來港上市的三家企業皆為「棄A轉H」的例子。自從A股IPO被大陸證監會喊停以來，便不斷傳出有大陸擬企業棄A轉H的消息。

市場又傳，證監會內部已取得共識，允許向個別要求案例放行，准許企業新上市項目以全流通形式進行。有消息指，這三家企業將成為繼建行後，重新獲放行H股全流通的試行個案。

據報載，天地一號計劃赴港集資約人民幣14.5億元；諾奇，則計劃集資不逾1億美元。

繼建設銀行2005年以首檔全流通H股於香港上市後，就不再有其它H股跟隨。直到今年，大陸證監會為疏導A股排隊上市潮，對企業申請以H股全流通方式上市又再低調放行，包括取消陸企赴港上市的「456」限制（即淨資產不少於人民幣4億元、籌資額5,000萬美元、及稅後利潤不少於人民幣6,000萬元）。

台灣左投陳偉殷6度挑戰本季第8勝失敗，9月勝投掛零，他賽後說今天狀況不好，控球無法照自己的意思，但是身體狀況沒問題。

28歲的陳偉殷效力於美國職棒巴爾的摩金鶯隊，今年是他在美國的第2個球季，相較於去年整季12勝（11敗）的表現，今年球季接近尾聲，只拿7勝（7敗）。

陳偉殷今天在坦帕灣光芒隊主場先發，投4.1局失2分，在領先局面下退場，無緣勝投。殷仔自從8月22日對光芒奪第7勝後，6次挑戰第8勝失利，連續2年，9月勝投都掛零。

殷仔賽後接受美國媒體訪問，他談到今天比賽狀況說，「我只能說今天狀況不是很好，我努力嘗試把狀況調整回來」。

殷仔最近6次先發勝投難產，只有2次投滿6局，他說，「身體沒什麼問題，身體狀況都很好，可能就是沒辦法照自己的意思去投，有一點沒有辦法掌控」。

球季接近尾聲，金鶯隊爭取季後賽面臨淘汰邊緣，被問到是否因此影響表現，陳偉殷說，「我沒有特別想過球隊進季後賽的問題，我只能說，盡量表現自己最好的狀況，雖然也很想要幫助球隊打季後賽，但我只能盡力做好自己的本分」。
