【黃揚明／台北報導】針對法務代理部長陳明堂今宣布將針對監聽國會成立調查小組，民進黨團總召柯建銘表示，行政調查根本無法釐清真相，檢察總長黃世銘應即日起停、解職，且法務部應將黃及本案相關特偵組承辦人員移送台北地檢署偵辦、立即查扣保全相關證物。

柯建銘也抨擊，即將接任法務部長的羅瑩雪竟公開說黃世銘無犯意，根本是圍魏救趙、一丘之貉，證實羅就是取代曾勇夫配合黃世銘的棋子，「根本不適任法務部長！」他說，未來羅瑩雪到立法院所面臨的第一項任務就是裁徹特偵組，若無法回應廣大支持民意，會很快面臨下台命運。

【高堂堯／南投報導】海拔1300公尺的信義鄉同富村草坪頭，山光風景優美，盛產優質高山烏龍茶，遊客最愛一邊賞景，一邊品茗；資深茶農劉明生發揮創意、延長茶菁發酵時間，製作出獨特的「厚工」烏龍紅茶，使全發酵的紅茶帶有烏龍茶香，大受消費者歡迎。
 
「烏龍紅茶比一般烏龍茶製程多花一天半，所以才叫『厚工』。」劉明生笑說，一切都是無心插柳，4年前春天他剛收成一批春茶，進行2天1夜的發酵製作，但因工作疲累，竟不小心發酵超時，加上天氣不好，等他猛然發現時，茶菁味道已經不對了，他靈機一動，索性把茶菁多發酵1天半，讓半發酵的烏龍茶像紅茶一樣「全發酵」，結果做出「烏龍紅茶」，泡出的全發酵茶帶有烏龍茶香、不苦澀，帶甘甜味，而且順口不怕浸泡，讓他大喜過望，將這種新茶品命名為「厚工」，讓茶老饕們驚為天茶。
 
「因為等待，所以喝起來更甘美。」劉明生說草坪頭地勢高、氣溫低，茶葉走水、發酵較慢，又只能用室內萎凋的發酵方式，為製作烏龍紅茶，光發酵就要耗上2天，目前仍以烏龍茶為生產主力；劉明生說，月初秋茶剛收成，歡迎民眾上山嚐鮮，亦可透過臉書「草坪頭明生茶園」粉絲團，或致電「明生茶葉」(049-2701813)訂購烏龍紅茶。

【李恩慈／台南報導】台南市仁德分屍命案至今仍未突破死者身分關卡，警方周四公佈新一波重新繪製的死者畫像，至今共湧入53條指認線索，目前已排除51件可能性。歸仁警分局副分局長鄭安章表示，剩餘2件已採集檢體送驗，比對結果最快今天出爐。
 
來指認的身分線索都以外籍女子居多，警方指出，剩餘未排除的其中一件也是越南籍女子，從友人提供的牙齒特徵照片來判斷約有7、8成相像，但警方不敢大意，得經由DNA檢體比對確認；歸仁警分局偵查隊全體停休，不間斷清查失蹤人口和調閱沿線監視器畫面，希望讓膠著的案情早日露出一線曙光。
