阿助牛肉麵有不少分店，小豪也不知道那一家是總店，

只記得小時候經過東湖時，這家「阿助牛肉麵」就存在了。

牛肉燴飯 90元

若沒有朋友的推薦，我是不會特別點飯來吃的，我是個無敵愛吃麵的傢伙，

這牛肉燴飯雖然不至於吃了會有那種驚艷的感受，但是蠻好吃的，

我最愛他的蘿蔔，平時幾乎完全不吃蘿蔔的，（我真是個偏食的傢伙）

這盤飯上的蘿蔔份量可能會是我平均半年份吃的蘿蔔總和...

他們怎麼有辦法把蘿蔔處理的這麼好吃啊～～

我很怕蘿蔔吃起來太「桑」，放過頭的蘿蔔吃起來很不舒服，

也怕蘿蔔吃起來有絲，或是蘿蔔的味道太重，

但是他的蘿蔔完全沒這些問題，很少吃蘿蔔吃得這麼開心。

醬汁也很不錯，味道不會太重，吃起來剛剛好。

紅蘿蔔（這是我另一個討厭的食物）雖然沒有青菜那麼棒，但也不錯。

牛肉雖然沒有什麼顯著的特色，但就是好吃。

至於青菜也是沒有什麼能抱怨的。

雖然大概只會給3.5顆星（看這），但吃得時候還蠻開心的，值得推薦。

份量算蠻大一盤的，價格也很公道。

走到「東湖路」再右轉，約走個10分鐘就會到阿助牛肉麵。

小米又來啦~這次又要帶來一台便宜又大碗的CP值很高的平板電腦，也是一台大手機哦，不過這款牌子，可能大家有聽過，但對他比較不熟悉，這台機子是HUAWEI 華為的機子(點我到華為官方網站)，他們一向都是以生產通訊類產品為主，之前小米也用過他們家早期的MediaPad，在小米的記憶裏，只記得他是一台CP高的好機器，而這台是他的後繼機種，拿到之後，發現他的規格，及價格果然又是一台CP值高的好機子。

HUAWEI MediaPad 7 Voque 這款是由台哥大獨家代理的機子(點我到優惠賣場)，剛剛去myfone的官網偷偷給他瞄了一下，哇，怎麼又降價了，現在這台7000元不到，呀是怎樣，摔筆，現在都是在大放送嗎？該有的都有，不該有的也有，才這樣的價格。
