在台積電股價水漲船高，其中家登率先漲停，弘塑尾盤差一檔漲停，漢微科漲逾3%，閎康也有1%以上的漲幅。
在晶圓龍頭台積電帶領下，台灣2013年的半導體設備和材料投資金額再次領先全球，分別達到104.3億美元和105.5億美元，再度蟬聯全球最重要的半導體市場，2014年半導體設備支出將到439.8億美元的高檔。材料支出方面，預估2013年較去年提高1%達到475.4億美元的規模。
隨著台積電明年首季20奈米產能正式量產，因此近期已對設備商展開新一波釋單動作，加速20奈米產能建置，激勵半導體設備核心受惠股業績開始動起來，漢微科、弘塑等供應鏈國內業者下半年營運都較上半年明顯成長，整體業績將會更旺。

台北義工或是老人院需要幫忙

我很喜歡小朋友，也很有耐心
平常對玩樂那些冷感沒興趣，平常希望充實自己
也希望能拿多餘的時間幫助更多需要的人 本身也都在朋友群中扮演傾聽者。 從以前就很想找時間，但現在好不容易有空卻碰上了當兵 Ｑ１我想請問 台北哪裡有孤兒院或是老人院甚至是唐寶寶
類似那種需要幫助的地方可以做義工照顧，甚至是陪小孩玩耍那種 因為我在當兵一個月放個６天以上的假，回台北也沒興趣往外跑玩樂
想做些有意義的事情，以前有類似經驗也希望能幫助更多的人，希望網友能幫我 找找，我出來用電腦的機會時間不太多。
Ｑ２我目前在高雄服役，在西子灣附近，所以想請問附近有類似可以做義工
同上照顧老人家還是等等那些地方嗎？ Ｑ３需要有什麼經歷才可以嗎？不能自備帶著真誠的心去就好嗎XD
有什麼要特別注意的嗎？

高價股問題放空還是做多比較好賺

不管是高價股還是低價股,做對趨勢都好賺,做錯趨勢絕對難賺,致於賺多賺少當以價格越低,作多可賺得多,作空絕對無法賺得多,高價股則作多較難賺得多,反而作空會賺得多 例如2014中鴻從0.36元起漲到29.5,作多可賺81.94倍,但您若作空最多只能跌到0.01元,低於0.01元不能交易,因此您最多只能賺到0.35元,97.22%

記者楊伶雯／台北報導 美國聯邦政府17年來首見暫停運作，美股周二仍是小紅作收，台股2日開高，摩根投信執行董事葉鴻儒表示，目前市場最大擔憂是預算爭議將延遲美國債務上限對話，導致美國國債違約風險升高，但評估發生機率極低，兩黨不太可能冒著經濟下行風險持續拖延預算案，他認為，台股攻勢可望經短線整理後伺機再啟，鎖定利基型及有競爭力的產業，包括汽車、通訊、NB、半導體等族群都具波段操作機會。 美國政府上次停止運作發生在1995年底至1996/1/6，長達21天，但根據摩根資產管理統計，在政府停擺期間不僅美股小漲，且後1月、3月與半年全數收紅，而台股雖短期呈現震盪拉回，但伴隨國際股市向上格局，與當時1996年首度總統民選，政策行情護航帶動下，加權指數後3月與後半年呈現強勢反彈，分別上漲15.53%與30.54%。 葉鴻儒表示，美國QE暫緩退場，但股市因債務協商與與預算案僵局再陷震盪，但不僅大陸、日、台PMI指數都傳出佳音，日本首相安倍也宣布如期於明年4月調高消費稅，亞股表現普遍抗跌。 葉鴻儒認為，目前市場最大擔憂是預算爭議將延遲美國債務上限對話，導致美國國債違約風險升高，但以當前政經條件評估，此事發生機率極低，兩黨不太可能冒著經濟下行風險持續拖延預算案。 葉鴻儒評估，由於10月仍有多重不確定因素，台股維持區間震盪機率較高。首先，台股自8月底以來波段漲幅逾6%，並一度逼近8300點，指數短線面臨高檔賣壓調整。 (接下一頁)

美林美銀：美政府關門期間，買公司債勝過買股

走過5月的大低潮，美債氣勢近來又再度聚集。美林美銀認為，在美國政府停擺期間，受惠於避險需求增溫與市場波動加劇，美元計價之公司債表現將勝過美股。
彭博社報導，美銀債信策略師Michael Contopoulos表示，即使公司債殖利率水平距歷史低點僅1個百分點，但在美國政府關門可能延緩量化寬鬆(QE)退場的情形下，公司債本月表現將會超過股市。
Contopoulos還指出，如果美國朝野對峙升高、預算協商持續沒有進展，股市將比債市更易遭受衝擊。美銀資料顯示，上週湧進高收益債的資金達29億美元，為今年次高。與此同時，流入投資等級公司債的資金也有17億美元。
受9月份ADP民間就業報告不理想影響，截至美東時間2日上午10時45分，美國10年國債殖利率盤中下滑6個基點，暫報2.6%。美國財政部長Jacob Lew前日致信共和黨籍眾議院議長John Boehner時重申，最遲10月17日舉債額度將用罄。
