五青汁　通便減肥？

風靡師奶界多年，以苦瓜、青椒、青瓜、西芹、青蘋果攪拌而成的五青汁，聲稱有清宿便、減肥、降血壓的功效，近日因即溶沖劑推出，再度成為熱話。究竟係咪咁使得？

註冊營養師何澤鏗指，五種蔬果攪拌成汁，將營養濃縮，如低血壓、腎病患者飲用則會因攝取過量鉀質而造成危險，寧可個別進食蔬果或將其入饌。 

記者搵到兩位好神心自己搾汁嘅媽媽，各有奮鬥目標，阿 Sue見奶奶成日飲五青汁降血壓，自己又嗜好食高脂食物，咪試吓每星期飲來保健，點知有意外收穫，「飲咗一兩次，便秘改善咗，而家差唔多持續飲咗兩年，腸胃好咗好多。」
另外一位係陳女士，佢為減肥而日日飲、兼夾行山，「飲咗半年，朋友都話我瘦咗好多，肚腩都細埋，不過後來飲完頭暈暈，可能體質唔適合，就無再飲，停飲後又慢慢肥番。」

【劉志原╱台北報導】藝人小Ｓ代言的維娜斯塑身衣，與名模隋棠代言的瑪麗蓮塑身衣，商場戰爭延燒進法院，維娜斯指控瑪麗蓮盜用「推推指」商標，瑪麗蓮負責人呂志強日前遭依違反《商標法》起訴，維娜斯認為對方已造成公司2.6億元損失，聲請假押扣瑪麗蓮財產，台北地院已執行查封，維娜斯集團下午將對外說明。

維娜斯委任律師表示，維娜斯從台北地檢署起訴的帳冊中，發現瑪麗蓮盜用「推推指」商標獲利2.6億元，因此先執行假扣押，凍住對方財產，日後會再提起民事訴訟向瑪麗蓮求償。

維娜斯與瑪麗蓮的商戰除商標案件外，維娜斯也被控利用行銷公司，找寫手上網張貼對瑪麗蓮的負面評價，維娜斯負責人葉怡伶也被依加重誹謗罪嫌起訴。

【綜合報導】馬英九總統昨接受台北之音《蔻蔻早餐》主持人周玉蔻專訪，自爆8月31日晚上檢察總長黃世銘進官邸報告立法院長王金平關說案後，他急召行政院長江宜樺和當時的總統府副祕書長羅智強到寓所，馬還留下黃世銘帶來的監聽譯文，拿給江、羅兩人看。

馬總統在專訪時說，他只與黃世銘見過兩次面，黃來官邸時，「就我們兩個，沒有幕僚，也沒有會議紀錄。」當時黃告知案子已調查完，剛開始以為可能有人涉及貪瀆，向法院聲請監聽票卻發現沒有刑事不法，但有司法關說，屬於行政不法，所以不是偵查中的刑事案件，不涉及偵查不公開。但法界人士質疑，當時該案尚未簽結，且黃拿監聽譯文給馬就是留下洩密犯罪證據，若馬要求看譯文，則有教唆黃洩密問題。

美國最大租車公司「企業控股公司」（Enterprise Holdings）今天告訴美聯社，他們計劃再招募1萬1000名全職員工。

他們預定明年7月31日之前完成招募，員工總數將增至8萬人。總部設在密蘇里州聖路易市郊區的企業控股公司10年來營收增加1倍多，從2003年的69億美元，增至160億美元。

他們計劃新進8500人擔任管理訓練職，對象包括最近畢業的大學生。其他職缺包括總部與分店的資訊科技、管理與後勤支援角色。
