記者王叡嫻／台北報導 知名導演張作驥5月份遭一名女編劇指控性侵，台北地院今天首度審理此案，張作驥現身地院，面對媒體的詢問，只以一句「時間不太夠」，低調快閃。 張作驥被林姓女編劇指控，今年5月在一場聚會時，與多名好友餐敘聊天，之後一行人到他的住處兼工作室聊天續攤。友人陸續離去，林女則因酒醉，留在張作驥家中休息。但張作驥趁機強脫她衣褲性侵得逞，導致她身心受創且不甘受辱，憤而向警方報案。 經過檢方調查後，雖然張作驥還是抱持否認態度，意識不清，不記得發生什麼事，且背部有傷，但被害人的內褲及下體檢體經鑑定與張作驥的DNA相符，還提供以手機錄影的影片，證明張作驥並非無意識，將依強制性交罪起訴張作驥。 張作驥事後發出聲明，表示檢方只採片面證據，未調查對他有利證據就起訴，深表遺憾，希望法院審理後可還他清白。他對此事造成媒體關注，導致社會資源浪費，表達歉意。

【劉志原╱台北報導】藝人小Ｓ代言的維娜斯塑身衣公司指控，名模隋棠代言的瑪麗蓮塑身衣公司，盜用「推推指」商標，瑪麗蓮負責人呂志強日前遭依違反《商標法》起訴，維娜斯認為對方已造成公司2.6億元損失，今查封瑪麗蓮集團60餘台縫紉機，日前已查封瑪麗蓮集團存款及公司財產2億餘元，預計日後求償3億元以上。 維娜斯委任律師賴呈瑞說，已先繳交1億餘元擔保金給法院，凍住對方財產，日後會再提起民事訴訟向瑪麗蓮求償；維娜斯與瑪麗蓮的商戰除商標案件外，維娜斯也被控利用行銷公司，找寫手上網張貼對瑪麗蓮的負面評價，維娜斯負責人葉怡伶也被依加重誹謗罪嫌起訴。

【綜合報導】交通部提供最新公開的費率方案，國道計程的收費方式，以小型車來看，是每天每車前20公里不計費，而200公里內，每公里1.2元，200公里以上，每公里按照0.9元計算，而從計次變計程，預計最快年底前上路。 新方案實施後，北高單趟收費，會比現行的計次360元來的低，走國道1號會便宜18元，走國道3號會便宜2元。但是部分路段的收費會漲價，像是國3的關西到白河，要付244元，比現行要多付84元，國3的關西到古坑系統要多付82塊，另外，國1的林口到五堵，計程比計次省64元，國3的白河到竹田系統省62元。
這項措施實施之後，全台500多萬名eTag用戶，原先優惠的通行費9折，恐怕都要取消了。
