殷瑋：國民黨不提再抗告

政治中心／綜合報導 國民黨在5日發表聲明，總統馬英九宣布不再對立法院長王金平的假處分案提出抗告，被外界一度是為「破冰」的契機。聲明稿卻仍出現「政務照推，訴訟照打」的字樣，不少立委認為是玩兩面手法。但國民黨立委林郁方出面澄清，他表示曾和馬通過電話，所謂的「訴訟照打」是指本訴由王金平提出，國民黨是被告無法撤訴，還得等王金平主動撤訴。 藍營宣布不再對王金平的假處分案提出抗告，當時外界一度認為是釋出善意，但聲明稿卻強調訴訟照打，連部分藍營立委都解讀好像是「一手拿橄欖枝、一手拿劍」。 對此林郁方出面轉述，他提到前晚曾和馬英九通過電話，黨決定不再提抗告上訴，「當然就是友善之意」；至於所謂的「訴訟照打」，指的是這場民事官司的「確保黨籍之訴」，而這場訴訟是由王金平所提出，國民黨是被告無法撤訴，主動權在於王金平，如果王金平不撤訴，國民黨只能被動參與訴訟。 面對林郁方這樣的說法，同黨立委羅淑蕾不解地說「應該是國民黨要先撤銷對王金平的處分吧？」這場紛爭的開端是因為黨要撤銷王金平的黨籍，他也不會因此提出黨員資格存在的訴訟。呂學樟也認為，黨內沒查清楚就撤銷王金平黨籍，他當然得走司法途徑解決。 林郁方則指出，站在國民黨的立場，王金平的黨籍問題，能以黨內機制來處理比較好，畢竟馬英九希望能回到黨內機制處理，當然這也得要王金平放棄訴訟。

記者尤嬿妮／台北報導 國內第一支描述輪標舞者微電影《1000次的呼喚》，由金馬導演李祐寧執導，昨（6日）於台北師範大學開拍，聚集了許多實力派演員施易男、賴琳恩、鄭凱、鮑正芳及吳敏等演員參與演出；導演李祐寧表示，希望拍出一部極具故事性又能感動人心的微電影。 賴琳恩這次在劇中飾演因意外造成下半身癱瘓的國標舞者，整部戲親自上陣不用替身；不過，雖然在大學就讀舞蹈系的她本身具有深厚的舞蹈底子，但要在沈重的輪椅上保持平衡並隨著音樂舞出美麗的舞姿，她笑說：「真的很難吔！雖然自己有舞蹈底子，但開拍前還是抽空連續練習了3天，因為需要大量靠手的力道控制輪椅，所以每次練舞後都會全身痠痛手無力，不過，幸好參與的工作人員都很專業，沒有因為坐輪椅練舞而受傷。」
▲賴琳恩（左）在劇中飾演因意外造成下半身癱瘓的國標舞者。（記者朱家彥／攝影） 而劇中扮演復健師一角的施易男說，因為之前曾在大愛《生命花園》裡，演出身障者角色，所以這次的演出更能體會身障者心境的變化，在詮釋角色上也能更深入；導演也說，在選角時，就是考量到施易男近期拍攝了許多大愛劇場及人文關懷系列的戲劇，很符合這個角色性格所需具備的感覺，所以特地邀請他演出復健師一角。 對於本屆金鐘獎入圍名單公布，施易男笑說，自己很羨慕所有入圍者，能入圍就是一種肯定，自己曾經入圍過金鐘獎，但近幾年沒有作品入圍，表示自己在戲劇方面還要再繼續加油努力，希望之後能有不錯的作品呈現給大家。

政治中心／台北報導 九月政爭後，總統馬英九與立法院長王金平至今仍「王不見王」，但在雙十國慶這天，兩人不但將首度碰面，根據國慶統籌會的規劃，兩人可能有3次的互動機會，屆時該如何應對進退備受外界矚目。 今年國慶大會將於上午10點開始，兩人會面的第一個時機點，就是王金平將以國慶籌備會主委身分進入總統府，邀請總統步入會場，依照過往慣例，總統伉儷都會走在前頭，王則跟在後面，國防部聯合樂隊與三軍儀隊則行致敬禮。 接著第二個時間點，是馬總統上台致詞前與致詞結束後，按規劃都會和王金平致意，特別是致詞結束後，還要讓王金平引導回到坐位。 最後是大家入座觀禮時，兩人的座位中間只隔著總統夫人周美青，在長達50分鐘的表演活動中，都有可能進行簡單交談與寒暄，總統離席時，按照慣例也要和現場貴賓握手致意，這也是兩人在大會上最後一次互動。按照既定規劃，就算馬王刻意迴避，75分鐘的活動中，至少會有3次互動機會，兩人一舉一動勢必蓋過大會所有表演項目與內容。 此外，王金平也如以往，將於國慶當天接見宴請外賓慶賀團團，不過有媒體質疑，今年王金平接見的團數過少，質疑安排活動的外交部刻意「排王」。對此外交部表示，它們尊重王金平職務，目前已告知外賓團相關訊息，做法保證與過去一樣，完全按照正常程序處理。

政治中心／台北報導 九月政爭後，總統馬英九與立法院長王金平至今仍「王不見王」，但在雙十國慶這天，兩人不但將首度碰面，根據國慶統籌會的規劃，兩人可能有3次的互動機會，屆時該如何應對進退備受外界矚目。 今年國慶大會將於上午10點開始，兩人會面的第一個時機點，就是王金平將以國慶籌備會主委身分進入總統府，邀請總統步入會場，依照過往慣例，總統伉儷都會走在前頭，王則跟在後面，國防部聯合樂隊與三軍儀隊則行致敬禮。 接著第二個時間點，是馬總統上台致詞前與致詞結束後，按規劃都會和王金平致意，特別是致詞結束後，還要讓王金平引導回到坐位。 最後是大家入座觀禮時，兩人的座位中間只隔著總統夫人周美青，在長達50分鐘的表演活動中，都有可能進行簡單交談與寒暄，總統離席時，按照慣例也要和現場貴賓握手致意，這也是兩人在大會上最後一次互動。按照既定規劃，就算馬王刻意迴避，75分鐘的活動中，至少會有3次互動機會，兩人一舉一動勢必蓋過大會所有表演項目與內容。 此外，王金平也如以往，將於國慶當天接見宴請外賓慶賀團團，不過有媒體質疑，今年王金平接見的團數過少，質疑安排活動的外交部刻意「排王」。對此外交部表示，它們尊重王金平職務，目前已告知外賓團相關訊息，做法保證與過去一樣，完全按照正常程序處理。

標題[請益] 台中哪裡有鐘點費便宜的駕訓班?

我已經有學習駕照 可以直接考 但是大肚監理所那個S型真的很難通過 倒車入庫跟路邊停車也不是很有自信 (比駕訓班考場難度高了許多) 已經挑戰失敗兩次了 所以想去駕訓班 但是窮人沒辦法報整期的… 再加上自己其實已無照開車開快十年 實在不需重頭練 想請問台中有沒有便宜點的駕訓班鐘點費？ 我在建國南路這邊的問 一小時要九佰…超貴 另外可以透過買鐘點費 有消費過 就可以在駕訓班原地考照嗎？ 謝謝 -- ※ 編輯: LamLooIng 來自: 61.223.29.163 (10/07 07:34)
