餐廳名稱：東區焦糖煉乳包心粉圓 消費時間：2013年/10月 地址：台南市東區崇善路516號 電話：06-2608260 營業時間：11:00AM~10:00PM 每人平均價位：$60 圖文網誌版：http://angelaingrid.pixnet.net/blog/post/261208652 這間一開始是我姊姊去吃的 當時看她上傳的照片 完全看不出來是冰品 還比較像是什麼焗烤 或是菠蘿包 造型算是相當有特色 其實我跟台南區域位置完全不熟 既然店名是東區 我想應該就是在台南東區吧 店裡坐位不多 大約可以坐20人左右 除了冰的東西外 他們也有販賣秋冬限定的商品 讓你一年四季都可以來吃 裡面的內容物有綠豆 珍珠 豆花 包心粉圓 芋圓 最最讓我意外的是居然有“麵茶粉” 挫冰上面淋上的糖水非常棒 蔗糖熬出焦香味 有別於一般常見得黑糖水 或是蔗糖水 相當好吃 再加上煉乳的點綴 整碗冰 光用白冰淋上焦糖水＆煉乳就不得了 裡面的包心粉圓也是相當的Ｑ 紅色的是內餡是綠豆沙 黑色的部分是芋頭沙 還有一個綠色的 味道很熟悉 但是我一直記不起是什麼味道 他們的芋圓跟粉圓一樣 吃起來口感很Ｑ 我最喜歡的就是搭配上麵茶粉 這是大大的驚喜 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.175.243.166
