（軍聞社記者林敬傑南投十日電）為強化特戰官兵高山及複雜地形搜救能力，現正執行山隘行軍任務的陸軍特戰指揮部特二營今起一連三天，在陸軍寒訓基地實施「高寒地訓練」課程，由陸軍航空特戰指揮部特戰訓練中心派遣專業教官指導授課；而學員們個個學習興致高昂，紛紛主動向教官請益，期能在最短時間內掌握搜救要領，以提昇個人本職學能。

　位於合歡山海拔三千多公尺的陸軍寒訓基地，空氣中的含氧量僅約地面的75%，對全副武裝且負重逾廿公斤的特二營官兵來說，無論是徒步行軍，或是操作攀登等高級山訓課程，考驗著官兵體力與意志力，即使氣喘吁吁，特戰健兒也從不喊苦，因為他們心中明白現在所吃的苦，都是為了擁有「自救、救人」的搜救技能，所以個個甘之如飴，把吃苦當吃補。

　二百五十位特二營官兵上午區分三組，輪流實施「高級山訓」、「困難地形求生」及「高寒地救援技術」等三項高山複雜搜救訓練課目，教官們利用現有天然施訓場及精心準備的搜救器具，灌輸學員們正確搜救觀念與技巧，同時親身示範中高級絕壁攀登（降）、單（雙）索突擊吊橋通過，以及最重要的高山搜救體驗課程，讓特戰官兵深感獲益良多，同時激起他們主動學習精神，紛紛踴躍發言提問並主動爭取操作機會，有效達成施訓效果。

NBA火箭和溜馬今晚將在馬尼拉打熱身賽，兩隊預計明天凌晨抵台，13日再移師台北小巨蛋對決。

2013至2014年美國職籃（NBA）海外熱身賽，休士頓火箭和印第安納溜馬今晚在菲律賓馬尼拉交手，也是火箭第2場熱身賽，上一場他們以115比116輸給紐奧良鵜鶘。

溜馬上季晉級季後賽，一路挺進東區冠軍戰，和邁阿密熱火廝殺7場才以3比4遭淘汰，以強悍的防守能力著稱。

對於即將和溜馬交手，火箭官網今天報導，火箭「大鬍子」哈登（James Harden）認為，對方上季的確讓他感到棘手，「所以我期待早點面對這個挑戰，讓我提早進入狀況。」

火箭也有許多問題有待解答，艾希克（Omer Asik）因為傷勢有段時間沒有練習，外界還沒見識到艾希克和霍華德（Dwight Howard）搭檔的效果，因此「二年級生」瓊斯（Terrence Jones）和莫提尤納斯（Donatas Motiejunas）也獲得了上場時間。

火箭總教練麥海爾（Kevin McHale）指出，瓊斯和莫提尤納斯都還是年輕球員，他們的確要花時間了解如何幫助球隊。

Plurk!列印......【MyGoNews廖賢龍/台北報導】台灣經濟研究院的一份研究分析指出，2014年國內整體住宅交易量恐將不若2013年，且房價也存有小幅下修的空間，故住宅市場將為量縮價微跌的局面，住宅景氣相較於2013年將呈現轉差態勢。

台經院副研究員劉佩真表示，首先以住宅市場的供需走勢而言，在供給端部分，2012年住宅類核發建築物建造執照宅數年增率雖僅有0.92%，但2013年1~6月成長幅度則顯著擴增至23.71%，在此情況下，預期2014年住宅市場的新增供給將延續先前擴張的態勢；另外2013年下半年國內住宅市場的銷售率普遍下滑將造成其銷售未完的餘屋壓力蔓延至2014年，況且2010年~2013年5月底北台灣都會區5大區塊餘屋量尚有10,849戶，未賣出的總銷金額累計達2,671億元，意謂2014年住宅市場仍須面對庫存去化的問題，而新增供給、餘屋賣壓仍將成為抑制住宅市場行情的因素之一。

需求端部分，劉佩真指出，由於量化寬鬆貨幣政策已步入尾聲，長期來看利率趨勢恐將觸底反彈，特別是2013年9月底的央行理監事會議已暗示利率將走升，意謂外在條件對於房市已不若先前寬鬆，且奢侈稅修法趨嚴，2014年開始實施新法也恐衝擊民眾購屋意願，甚至政府與公股、民營銀行將持續加強不動產貸款風險控管措施，以及房市結構仍由首購族群支撐，其對於房價追漲力道不足，加上購屋者的購屋負擔無大幅遞減空間，故2014年國內住宅市場的需求面恐顯不佳。
