我覺得PTT好多高手哦，有鍵盤偵探、鍵盤總統 現在又有鍵盤文化部部長了 你以為現在大家拍電影錢都哪來？ 不就企業投資嗎？ 減稅，你打算是減多少？要省錢，多的是方法 需要拿拍電影？你自己也說有人為了減稅狂拍爛片 既然民間企業以減稅為目的，他管拍出來好片爛片幹嘛？ 朱延平會搶，他畢竟也在台灣電影圈幾年了 你看他最近拍的片就否定他的價值？他以前拍的片也不錯呀 另外，你覺得拍片方拿人家錢就會繃緊神經嗎？ 投資方並不是白癡，他自然在投資前就已經評估值不值得投資 但拿了錢，拍的好或不好就不知道了 另外朱延平拍了幾部都不叫好也叫座，他還是一樣拍的出那種片呀 他有在怕嗎? 功夫灌籃、刺陵、天生一對 不是一部接一部，今年又有新電影耶～ 我以為你的教釣魚是培植電影產業勒， 台灣一向都覺得有錢就有用，事實是台灣根本電影產業就出現斷層 除了侯孝賢、蔡明亮(馬來西亞人)、李安等等這一輩的導演之後 完全沒有一個拿得出場面的， 反觀韓國、日本 中國也限制外國進口電影數量，但是電影品質好的還是都出來 別說是因為有錢，賈彰柯拍的電影貴嗎? 婁燁拍的貴嗎？　 好萊塢掘起之際，歐洲各國限額、抽稅都作過 我不覺得抽稅這一政策白癡，重點是不是有錢就好 好萊塢分工細、專業高 但台灣呢？　　專業人才訓練根本不夠吧 文化部什麼都不作，只是一昧要拿錢才會讓人反感吧 更何況以前國外（好像是法國） 要求進口外國（好來塢）電影的公司也要投資本國電影 別人都要在動腦，但是我們政府好像就是死要錢 找一個作家要來扶植電影產業，他懂嗎？ 自己說少年ｐｉ看了幾次，然後國片哪部沒看過 ※ 引述《ayrtonvitas (Kimi)》之銘言： : 台灣的電影本來就需要保護啊 : 問題是你保護的方式是給他魚吃還是教他釣魚嘛 : 直接扣5%很明顯就是直接塞給他魚吃 : 試問這些直接拿魚就吃的會有什麼長進? : 尤其是有個叫朱延平的人特別會搶 : 其他人只能舔他吃剩的魚骨而已 : 配額政策也很智障啊 : 今天你家小孩唸書不爭氣 : 你的作法是把比他更會唸書的小孩趕出他的班上這樣對嘛? : 最好的作法就是鼓勵民間企業資助拍片的減稅政策 : 你看魔人烏波為了減稅 自己下海狂拍濫片不是嘛? : 如果民間企業覺得贊助拍片有利可圖 : 老闆還會捧著錢到導演家請他拍片勒 : 但是台灣的慣老闆當然沒這麼好叫得動 : 在不知道片子能不能賣座的情況下 : 片子不賺但至少能夠幫忙減稅 : 這些慣老闆會不心動嘛? : 又 : 拍片方拿這些慣老闆的錢 : 他就得繃著神經好好拍片 : 如果片子不賣 一次兩次... 再多次一點你想會有哪個康安敢拿錢贊助的? : 片子如果賣了 : 慣老闆就會覺得 : 有得節稅 片子賣了又能分紅 超爽der : 這是一種良性循環 : 朱延平再怎麼神通廣大 : 拿著企業朋友的錢拍片也不敢亂來 : 可如果拿的是政府補助金 : 隨便拍我老朱都賺 賠也是賠納稅人的錢 : 白痴才會認真拍片 : 不過話又說回來了 : 政府最不可能實施的政策就是這步 : 要他少收錢 這不是要他的命嘛? : 所以台灣的電影基本上沒救了 : 他是注定不會釣魚了 : 多抽個5%多點魚給他吃只是讓他多茍延殘喘一陣子而已 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.236.115.65 ※ 編輯: Huangw 來自: 36.236.115.65 (10/10 21:44)

【林海全╱台中報導】台中市副市長蔡炳坤，今天上午前往烏日探訪103歲的人瑞許簡金，蔡炳坤致贈紀念品時，表示代表市長胡志強前來致意，許老太太聽到後，反問「胡志強是誰？我不認識他，他怎麼沒有來」，引起在場人士哄堂大笑。
 
許婦兒子簡珠清指出，父親在他出生前一天過世，母親靠務農養大子女，一直做到50多歲才退休，原本飲食油膩、喜歡吃鹹，退休後改變飲食，變得很清淡，特別喜歡吃野菜，生活非常規律，每天上午6點起床，晚上8點睡覺，中午還會午休1小時，現在除了耳朵重聽外，身體十分硬朗，沒有罹患疾病。
 
簡珠清表示，母親從30多年前開始，就很喜歡喝咖啡，早年一天早晚兩罐350CC的三合一咖啡，後來改每天一罐，因擔心咖啡太甜，不適合老人家，現在控制每個禮拜喝兩罐。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】美國議會兩黨在政府關閉期間，針對債務上限議題達成延長共識，將順利避過違約危機，美股揮別陰霾飆漲，道瓊收紅323點，創下今年來最漂亮漲勢。

《CNNMoney》報導，眾議院共和黨議員和內情人士透露，高層正準備提議案，在政府關閉期間短暫提高債務上限額度，減緩違約恐慌，但政府關閉的問題仍懸而未決。

美國股市
道瓊工業平均指數大漲 323.09 點或 2.18％ 至 15126.10。
Nasdaq 指數飆升 82.97 點或 2.26% 至 3760.75。
S&P 500 指數竄漲 36.16 點或 2.18% 至 1692.56。
費城半導體指數上漲 11.37 點或 2.34% 至 496.48。
