【大紀元2013年10月10日訊】（大紀元記者于婉蘋台灣台北報導）社福團體台灣之愛與台北百合扶輪社捐贈一百萬慰問金，為在台遭受不測之勞工及婦女申出援手。台灣之愛董事長黃國堡表示，外勞因風俗習慣、語言隔閡及對於法律的不熟悉，在台灣生活中常遇到困難，但又不知如何尋求協助，尤其是泰國來台工作的外勞朋友們，每年約有百人因工作意外而喪失生命，家中的經濟來源就此瞬間斷絕。

幾年來，有多數的外籍配偶、新住民也在透過基金會的協助輔導，快速適應台灣環境，培養他們對台灣文化的認同與一技之長，讓社會大眾對他們有一個正向的接納態度。

對於外籍勞工遭受勞力剝削、恐嚇拘禁、強制勞動等非法行為，危及到外勞的生命安全。台北百合扶輪社長張靜宜表示，為讓外籍勞工得到實質的保護與保障，呼籲「重視外勞權益、由你我做起」。

國際人道救援，台灣之愛與台北百合扶輪社之急難救助金，由「泰國貿易經濟辦事處」代表接受捐贈。◇

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】阿里巴巴執行長陸兆禧終於對外坦承，公司已決定不在香港上市。這是阿里巴巴管理團隊首次就IPO（Initial Public Offering，首次公開發行）一事公開表態。

阿里巴巴上市地點的問題，一直受到各方關注。阿里巴巴計劃以「合夥人制度」的架構在香港上市，但據傳未獲香港交易所（港交所）接受。

阿里巴巴發言人出面澄清，強調阿里巴巴沒有遞交過正式申請，沒有要求雙重股權結構，也沒有挑戰香港市場奉行的標準。

陸兆禧表示，香港市場仍需時間來研究阿里巴巴提出的治理架構，因此決定不在香港上市，不過目前公司尚未就上市地點做出決定。

針對總統夫人周美青今日出席國慶大典的服裝造型，時尚顧問陳璧君認為：「跟往年一樣『無聊』」。陳璧君更直言表示，洋裝與胸針的搭配真的太老派了。她建議，因為總統夫人的身材相當單薄，再加上又是短髮，可以選擇料子較硬挺的服裝，讓自己看起來比較有份量些。

還有，陳璧君認為今天周美青的脖子也太空、太低了，再加上攝影機鏡頭多是帶到上半身，若能夠有個白色，宛如20、50年代的復古式小圓領，會讓整體看起來比較活潑一點。

陳璧君表示，雖然周美青本來的穿著就比較偏保守，但畢竟是國慶大典這麼重要的場合，她建議周美青可以讓自己看起來比較福態、圓滿一點。雖然大家都知道她不會是一個喜歡配戴誇張、華麗飾品的國家元首夫人，但或許下次可以選擇在領口或袖口有一些小變化的洋裝，會讓整體造型看起來不至於那麼單調，也會比較有份量與氣勢。
