行政院長江宜樺今天表示，前法務部長曾勇夫認為自己清白，但願負政治責任，且雙方有共識，非就此認定曾勇夫犯法。

民主進步黨籍立法委員高志鵬下午在立法院質詢江宜樺，曾勇夫因涉及司法關說案請辭原因。

江宜樺答詢表示，當天和曾勇夫談兩次，每次都談很久，曾勇夫不認同最高法院檢察署特別偵查組公布他有涉嫌，但同意這件事影響非常大，願負政治責任。雙方也有共識，不是就此認定曾勇夫犯法，還要交由監察院或法院後續調查。

特偵組9月6日表示，時任法務部長的曾勇夫、台灣高等法院檢察署檢察長陳守煌涉接受立法院長王金平、民進黨籍立委柯建銘關說，指示高檢署檢察官林秀濤就柯建銘在全民電通案遭控背信獲判無罪後，不要上訴，讓柯建銘無罪定讞。特偵組將曾勇夫、陳守煌分別函送監察院及送行政評鑑，曾勇夫當晚請辭獲准。

高志鵬說，最高檢檢察總長黃世銘監聽國會總機情節沒曾勇夫嚴重？

江宜樺表示，法務部監聽事件調查專案小組已有結論，認定特偵組非故意監聽國會。

高志鵬追問，為何讓黃世銘留任至今？江宜樺說，這不一樣，曾勇夫事件會有很大政治衝擊，如果沒負起政治責任，社會動盪與批評只會更多，不會更少。

至於是否認為黃世銘不應下台？江宜樺表示，沒說誰該或不該下台，但曾勇夫已負政治責任，黃世銘也正為被調查力求清白。

【大陸中心╱綜合外電報導】香港電視未獲政府發放執照，引起許多港民憤怒，中國民運人士王丹17日，也在臉書上聲援表示「讓港人能有真正自己的電視，這已經是香港人最後的防線。如果這道 防線潰堤，香港將再無自保之道。這一步，港人不能讓。支持王維基先生。」獲得不少網友支持，同仇敵愾聲援香港電視。

港視主席王維基17日出席一講座時也表示，自己受到不公對待，但聲言他仍會努力，能夠攔他一次，不代表能攔第二次。他還提到目前香港的電視節目，是由幾個人決定是否播出，而港視想改變這個情況，港視的同事若想做不同的節目，只要不涉色情或嘩眾取寵等，他不會阻止，但港視不做「中央十台」，香港的電視台應該做本土節目，因此香港的電視台不應叫亞洲台，而應叫香港台。
