【黃仲瑜／新北報導】今天凌晨2時許，新北市消防局接獲台南轉報案件，一名五歲女童打電話向舅舅求救表示媽媽叫不醒，舅舅立即報警表示他妹妹疑似有輕生念頭，但是不清楚居住的正確地址，消防局接獲報案後立即查手機發話地址，查到五股與八里兩處地點，立即派救護車前往。
 
五股區警消抵達時，發現現場為社區大樓，與警衛確認社區內有同名同姓的住戶，但是性別不同，再三確認不是這邊，警消便離開，八里區警消前往手機帳單地址，但是房東表示屋內已經很久沒有住人了，打開門後確認屋內沒人也是無功而返，並無發生意外。

【陳建宇／高雄報導】高雄市鳳山區在縣市合併後成為高雄房市熱區，近年大樓推案多集中在文山特區周邊或華鳳重劃區，而永信建設位於新富路、大明路口的新案則是少數位於舊市區的新大樓，目前規劃80~90坪大坪數產品，由於地段條件佳，專家預估每坪25~30萬元，有機會創鳳山房價新高。

永信建設新富路案預計2014年底進場，暫定規劃80~90坪的大坪數產品，且基地隔新富路面對新甲國小、鳳甲國中及鳳新高中3校合1學區，低樓層即有衛武營都會公園景觀，區段條件佳，高雄市市調協會理事長林政良表示，該案預估開價將落在每坪25~30萬元。

管平庸

平庸，我不但不抗拒，還熱情擁抱（「愛平庸」， 2012年 12月 13日）。生活中充滿平庸，平庸無處不在，久而久之，我們習慣了。平庸不代表差，它很多時擊中我們的要害，我們是有意識地選擇平庸。平庸之所以存在，是因為它生命力特強，懂得靈活走位。平庸是一種社會確認，得到確認是重要的，我們喜歡受他人確認的舒服感覺。

企管人須時刻面對平庸，舉頭一望，帶領的團隊必定有平庸的元素。公司以外遇到的平庸，不受自己控制，有時更加令企管人難頂。可是，企管人明白到平庸的必然性，一隊球隊全部球員是美斯和 C朗，成績一定不會好。企管人心裡渴望活在明星堆中，但想深一層，知道這是不理想和不可能。平庸不容易拿捏，太多會把水平拉低，太少是不切實際，企管人怎跟平庸和睦相處，是考功夫的學問。
首先，企管人須分辨平庸，平庸是怎樣產生，決定平庸的本質，可從兩方面看：首先是人的知識，欠缺知識可製造平庸，不過在二十一世紀的資訊年代，知識走向一體化，獲取知識的成本愈來愈低，技術型知識變得愈來愈不重要。因此，平庸的來源通常不是知識，而是態度。
聘請員工，知識和態度之間，比重應該是二八分，態度遠比知識重要。態度不容易改變，因為態度跟性格有關，成年人性格定型後，所謂改變通常是自欺欺人。可是，在例如面試的短時間內，分辨人的態度，是高難度技巧，我第一個自認不濟。
