標題[心得] Legal High S02E03

之前完全沒有過寫Legal High的心得的念頭 畢竟日劇版上寫本劇心得然後文筆又好的大神辣麼多... 隨便一篇就好精彩,小的實在沒勇氣動筆... 不過看完最新的這集真的有一些感慨在心裡,想抒發下 總得來說,就是這集 太!棒!了! 並不是說它的立意拍攝或者其他什麼的如何可圈可點(那些我也不懂) 但這集看下來真的就是第一季後至今最像我心目中Legal High的一集 不像SP用所謂時下熱門的社會事件,有種就是要製造深度的感覺 離婚和整容已然是很平常的現象,被Legal High組合在一起還是有引人思考的地方 然後沒有絕對的好人和壞人 妻子整容沒有告知是不對,不過愛美之心也沒什麼錯... 丈夫盡以美醜來審視女性也感覺很討厭不尊重,但如古美門所說,人與人的標準總有差異 更何況他努力學習工作只為了找美女結婚,已經比不提升自己還亂要求別人的渣男好太多 這是有邏輯可依的兩面性,看完不會特別討厭誰 SP的話就像要把每個人都有黑暗面挖出來,看完覺得誰都是腹黑壞人 (我幹嘛一直拿SP來對比嘛...給SP摸摸頭) 最後雙方"而你在離開我之後全沒有改變；而我在離開你之後就一直往前"（借歌詞一用 的結局,雖然是反轉,但算是意料之中合情合理 相比之下第二集的結尾就有點弱的樣子... 說實話,S2的一二集真讓人有點失落 古美門史上第一輸（太殘忍...一定會反轉的吧編劇拜託了 三木律師事務所集體失蹤（不能忍...我要美女姊姊啦 岡田所詭異的三人組合（我為甚麼要忍...完全沒有被迷倒還不時無名火起 終於,這集喚回了我所有的熱情 這樣條理清晰目標明確行事瀟灑意氣風發的現實主義古美門 真是讓人充滿鬥志呢！ 特別是在岡田的介紹上塗鴉,以及在庭上讓他啞口無言那兩段 一整個大快人心哈哈哈哈哈! 不知道怎麼結尾了...總之第三集超讚！大家一起繼續支持Legal High啦! -- 不忘記最初，就不怕以後 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 66.90.194.147

新北市議員李婉鈺去年9月遭影視公司負責人吳祖望控告傷害，她到台北地檢署應訊後受訪時罵吳「神經病」；吳祖望提告求償，台北地方法院昨判決李婉鈺應賠償精神慰撫金60萬元。

李婉鈺與吳祖望去年6月在台北市中山區新帝豪酒店包廂發生衝突，吳祖望指控李婉鈺以菸灰缸砸傷他；台北地檢署去年9月5日開庭，李婉鈺接受媒體記者採訪時，公然指「這個人就是一個神經病」，吳祖望控告李婉鈺公然侮辱，並求償1百萬元。

刑事部分，一審法院判李婉鈺拘役20天，二審逆轉改判無罪確定。民事部分，台北地院民事庭認為，依一般社會觀念，「神經病」是形容人精神不正常、舉止不合常理，屬蔑視他人，足以使人難堪的攻擊性負面用語。

法官認定，李婉鈺身為新北市議員，擁有碩士學歷，目前正攻讀博士，依知識程度應知「神經病」用語會損害吳祖望的社會評價，她疏於注意而有上述用語，顯有過失。

李婉鈺表示，當時她只是一時氣憤，抒發想法，沒要故意損害吳祖望名譽，一定上訴到底。
