我明明就沒有開啟帳號保護，
結果當我用我最常用的帳號登入，
系統就說「確認你的身分﹕ 回答密碼提示問題」，
2009年用的問題誰知道答案啊?
而且我密碼明明就正確，
為什麼還要回答這個問題!?
重點它帳號服務的網頁也不給我進去，
yahoo這方面服務令人有點火大。

我有很多重要訊息都靠那支信箱诶!!!!
我該怎麼辦!?

PS：點選「忘記密碼」，它還是要求我要回答密碼提示。
