【徐珮君／台北報導】50多名在日月潭營生的攤商上午在行政院前抗議，他們控訴日月潭風景管理區為了興建購物中心，強制要求當地32家合法攤商10月31日前搬離，否則就要強制拆遷。抗議民眾心急的說，「只剩下2天，沒有安置、沒有拆遷補償費，攤商幾乎都是6、70歲的老人，以後如何生活？」

在文武廟旁賣紀念品的張女士痛批，當初的攤商執照是副總統吳敦義當南投縣長時發的，現在卻以921地震後攤商所在位置危險要處理為由，要求攤商搬遷，張質疑，從921到現在從未整修或重建，現在為了BOT購物中心案就叫攤商立刻遷走，很不合理！

40歲賣阿薩姆紅茶的許小姐說，她從母親手上接下生意，靠一杯一杯幾10塊的紅茶養活一家人，「當地攤商都和她一樣是在地居民，擺攤50年以上，許多都是6、70歲的老人教他們怎樣轉業、找工作？不能為了蓋購物中心就把大家趕走！」

抗議民眾在現場高呼「我要生存、不要拆遷」、「拒絕BOT，還我生存權」口號，要求行政院協助解決。隨後推派代表進入政院陳情。

食品安全出包不斷，民進黨立委趙天麟指出，富味鄉公司和台大農化系教授蘇南維於100 年時已向國科會提案進行研究，國科會補助54萬、富味鄉出資35萬，而報告當時指出7種芝麻油樣品，有4種摻雜大豆油，混摻比例約在31%至44%，卻未公開，趙天麟懷疑，國科會企圖隱匿、護航。

趙天麟拿出時間表，指出台大農化系榮譽教授李敏雄於民國97年被富味鄉延攬為監察人，富味鄉和蘇南維於100年共同提出研究計畫時，富味鄉也在7月1日因國外客戶要求代工，向美國嘉吉公司 (Cargill)購買棉籽油精煉出口，101年10月1 日，衛福部舉辦的「市售包裝調和油標示符合基準之研究」的產官學專家座談會，座談專家也見李敏雄、蘇南維名列其中，李敏雄亦為此研究的協同計畫主持人，102年7月17日，李敏雄擔任富味鄉香港子公司金籽有限公司之公司代表人。

國科會生物科學發展處處長裘正健指出，國科會每年有將近兩萬件研究案，基於人力，難以對每項案子瞭如指掌。且此案並非由國科會由上到下的委託案，僅補助，至於研究成果，研究人員可選擇立即公開、一年或二年公開，若基於研究要申請專利、或資料認證不足、無法完全負責時，貿然立即公開研究成果可能被誤導，可選擇不公開，因此尊重研究員選擇，但強調國科會絕未隱匿或護航。

裘正健也說，根據調查，蘇南維已有兩篇相關論文在國際期刊上發表，既然研究計畫已經有發表期刊，理論上就該公開，會對此作研議，看是否要公開成果。
