Q：F小姐為愛情質變而心傷

F小姐和男友談了三年的感情，她是大學生，他年近三十。相愛的前兩年棒極了！男友將她捧在手心上，情甜意濃，相處好到不行，雙方也深信彼此會堅定的走下去。直到去年他考上警察，開始忙起來，有時電話找不到人，她就會很擔心，開始沒有安全感，而他卻覺得她的愛讓他窒息。

這之後常爭吵、難溝通、不愉快。不久前，他說彼此該好好想想，能不能為對方改變且走到最後，他曾說希望把她當家人，雖然假日還是帶她去玩，但F小姐害怕問題沒解決再在一起，萬一將來還是決定分手，那豈不會再被傷一次？所以她很怕等下去卻等不回從前的感情，但又放不下。

我的意見：

F的男友剛當上警察，將來還想更上層樓再考司法單位，未來只會更忙。如果F因習慣被寵、對愛不妥協，日後雙方只會更爭吵不休、更痛苦。所以雖然現在有假，他就會帶她出去玩，吃喝玩耍，但他也明說不要她再等他，不想耽誤她。

我想二人之間確曾真心愛戀過，但環境改變，雙方無法有效溝通，男方已經打退堂鼓了，只是尚有依戀，也說不出更狠的話。F內心其實也深知男友的決定，但他一直找她出去玩，讓她對「愛情會回來、他也會回來」充滿過度而不真實的期待。

我建議F要清醒過來，男友可能想給她一個緩衝期；她也覺得一直出去很痛苦，那就長痛不如短痛，斷了吧！雖然殘忍，也算提早自救，堅強點！

標題[請益] 請問我使用得保養品是否太多了呢？

我是高中生，膚質不確定是哪種 不過生理期時候冒小痘痘，平常有粉刺困擾。 臉部不常出油，還有一些淡淡的小曬斑（有遺傳性的雀斑　只是目前在我身上不明顯） 以下是我擁有的保養品： Ａ．絲瓜水（某部落客家中自己家經營的） Ｂ．專科美白化妝水（滋潤型） Ｃ．資生堂嘉美艷容露 Ｄ．廣源良蘆薈涼膚凝露 Ｅ．卡尼爾淡斑精華 平常會擦防曬（現在用肌研美白防曬　之前用專科會過敏） 卸除防曬是用ＴＩＳＳ深層卸妝油（位於屈臣氏專科櫃） （會選他是因為上面廣告可以清潔粉刺...就被我媽慫恿了） 之前的保養方式是：Ｂ→Ｃ→Ｅ→Ｄ 但後來發現用專科粉刺會變很多，所以更換了步驟一 更改後的臉部保養順序是：Ａ→Ｃ→Ｅ→Ｄ 平常一星期去一次角質，大概就這樣。 不過前幾天因為粉刺的困擾去找皮膚科醫生，醫生看到我用的保養品後皺眉 開藥給我後又拿了兩個試用品給我，告訴我用一瓶就好了 分別是Ｆ．理必佳異位修護滋養霜　跟　Ｇ．雅漾抗痘保濕乳 雖然這兩個使用起來皮膚看起來的確比較好，但是對我來說太乾了，都會脫皮... 所以我現在的困擾是： 如果想要皮膚好，我該維持原樣使用四步驟的保養方式還是更換／減少保養品呢？ 因為我不確定這樣的保養方式是否正確 以上問題煩請各位幫我解答了，若有觸犯板規請告訴我 謝謝。* -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.45.22.199
