【何哲欣／台北報導】公民監督國會聯盟與公民1985行動聯盟上午開記者會，公督盟理事長施信民說，立法院本會期才開6次程序委員會，但竟然就阻擋1045議案送院會一讀，平均1次會議開30分鐘就擋171案、1秒鐘就擋18案，甚至連《軍事審判法》修法後的配套措施法案也被阻擋，程委會已變扼殺公益法案的太上組織。

公督盟常務理事顧忠華說，依照《立法院程序委員會組織規程》規定，程委會負責審查各種提案手續是否完備、議案合併與次序變更等立法院議事程序問題，但現在程委會卻開始實際審查法案內容，執政黨喜歡的才排、不喜歡的就不排，程委會變封殺委員會，應恢復程委會的功能。

公督盟執行長張宏林說，阻擋法案的排行榜，第1名是國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池，總共擋了304案，其他還有藍委徐少萍、李貴敏、廖正井等，國民黨說要改革國會，但卻說一套、作一套，若明天中午程委會再阻擋法案，將發動「打爆卡卡立委」，癱瘓這些立委的辦公室電話。

西方世界長成的背景，對巴黎時尚敏感的品味，Lina一切的一切都是西方的。藝術家也許不是那麼在意外在的物質；但鐵幕對自由的限制，對人性的扼制，才是藝術家的頭號大敵。Lina面對的還不止此，1941年，普羅高飛夫撇脫家庭和新歡跑了。更致命的是，當時世界的兩極鐵幕之牆越築越高，一副勢不兩立的執拗，這導致俄國當局不承認所有在西方國家締結的婚姻。這一來，可方便了，普羅高飛夫連婚都不用離，光明正大的重婚去了，那是1948年的事。這對Lina有著災難性的極鉅影響，因為沒幾天後，蘇聯當局即以她西方人士的身分（喪失了保護層），藉口羅織一間諜罪，誘捕送入西伯利亞的勞改營。在這之前，Lina不是沒試著再回到西方世界，但是這些舉動反而變成極不利於她的「通敵」──無聊──藉口。「間諜罪」，一判—、二十年。

一朵南國花朵，就此飄零至天寒地凍的非人世界。

八年後（1956），獲特赦，Lina出來了，特務機構還故意讓她獲知那只是一場莫須名的扣帽子。這八年期間她沒有收到普氏的隻字片語，兩人從此沒見過面─—也見不到了，普羅高飛夫早在1953年和史達林同一天死掉了。

離開那片天寒地凍，並不表示Lina就自由了。她一直到1974年才被准踏出蘇聯一腳步，她再度回到巴黎，最後以九十一高齡於倫敦辭世。

西方世界仍以她為普氏正式合法的婚約人，一切版稅均歸她所有。Lina晚年一直想把自己的故事講出來，但是她講不出來，她的兒子對寫傳記的學者說，那段勞改營的日子，她被刑求、逼供、三個月不給闔眼、已臨界被逼瘋的狀態；但是，她一只親手繡花的麻布提包裡，一直裝著樂譜，普契尼的歌劇、威爾第的《弄臣》；最令我感到荒謬不忍的是那首蕭邦的歌曲──〈希望〉。

【陳意佳／台北報導】今天是金馬獎最佳導演蔡明亮56歲生日，「金馬大明星」單元特別選在今晚推出他的受訪影片，蔡明亮一開口就說：「李安有一年得獎，他上台說，金馬獎是最難得的，我覺得他不應該講這句話，這句話應該是我講。」蔡明亮自認作品受爭議，現階段想法很隨性，「拍電影要拍到純粹的自由，我想怎麼拍就怎麼拍，想怎麼剪就怎麼剪，完全沒有阻礙，我還是往前走」。
 
蔡明亮作品《不散》曾獲第40屆金馬獎年度最佳台灣電影，當時頒獎人是文英，他上台領獎時，文英搶過麥克風糗他：「我們演員靠表情賺錢，有時候會笑、有時候會哭，你當導演的人，剛剛得獎的時候在哭什麼，你應該要大笑！太虛偽了啦！」他在旁笑得靦腆。
