工業電腦廠商事欣科(4916)預計11月21日掛牌上櫃，發行價暫定為每股38元，今日事欣科興櫃股價大漲近10%至58元附近。事欣科指出，公司以博奕機台及其零組件起家，是國內少數可直接跨入北美一級博奕機台供應市場的廠商，隨著近年來全球各國博奕逐漸合法化及博奕項目放寬，預計博奕市場將有更多成長商機。

法人則預期，全球前5大吃角子老虎機中，其中兩家就是事欣科客戶，受惠公司將在美國拉斯維加斯設置大型機台組裝廠，明年在樂透及牌桌遊戲部分，還可望有新客戶及新訂單挹注，事欣科明年博奕業務可望有10%以上成長空間。

據悉，事欣科旗下涵蓋3大業務，包括博奕及其零組件、子公司世德負責的工業電腦業務、AP Parpro經營航太業務及其他，主要產品包括博奕機台及其零組件、工業電腦、航太相關產品及其他，101年營收占比分別為70%、20%、7%與3%。

事欣科指出，目前全球博奕機台供給市場仍屬寡占市場，公司的博奕機電腦主系統在北美合法博奕機台市場，約有3成市占率，在博奕機台組件產品市場供應鏈上扮演相當重要的地位。目前公司產品98.58%外銷，亦是國內少數可直接跨入北美一級博奕機台供應市場的工業電腦廠商。

財報則顯示，事欣科今年上半年營收為7.99億元，毛利率19.16%，稅前淨利1億元，稅後淨利8872萬元，每股盈餘1.47元。去年營收則為15.2億元，稅前盈餘2.27億元。目前資本額為台幣6.04億元，此次上市預計辦理現金增資7545萬元，預定11月11日起至11月13日止辦理公開申購。

【大陸中心╱綜合外電報導】中國福建一對喝得爛醉的男女在晉江街頭「滾來滾去」的照片近日出現在中國網路上，只見照片中男方伸手撫摸女方下體，或女生跨坐在男方身上，尺度之大嚇壞網友。

有網友直指二人行為是路邊活春宮，令人咋舌，也有網友質疑，表示拍照的人距離兩人很近，加上男子回望發現有人拍照，亦未阻止，質疑照片純屬炒作。
