頂新集團今天下午正式發表聲明，預計今天下午也將召開記者會說明。

頂新集團下午指出，針對頂新制油使用大統長基原料油事件，第一時間便主動進行封存大統長基相關原料油，目前正積極配合屏東縣衛生局與檢調機關查驗，盡速釐清事實。至於味全針對市售21 項食用油產品，自即日起主動自行下架，並啟動消費者退貨服務機制，主動配合政府主管機關釐清事實。

頂新集團今天下午指出，制油對於所有原料油來源皆有嚴謹檢核作業流程，確認原料油規格與安全符合國家法規後，才予以入庫。對於發生大統長基違法事件，本公司第一時間便主動進行封存大統長基相關原料油，目前正積極配合屏東縣衛生局與檢調機關之查驗，盡速釐清事實，重建台灣油品產業環境。

味全則指出，本公司銷售食用油產品，日前已主動全面送交具有科學檢驗方法的第三公正單位檢驗，所有食用油產品皆通過「棉籽酚」及「銅葉綠素」檢驗，證實安全無虞，檢驗所有食用油品脂肪酸組成也無異常。

針對本公司銷售之食用油產品，自即日起主動自行下架部分食用油產品，並啟動消費者退貨服務機制，主動配合政府主管機關釐清事實，待政府主管機關確認後，再重新上架，此期間造成消費者的困擾，深表歉意。

味全準備下架及啟動退貨的商品共有21項，分別為御膳6寶3L、歐式優選調合油1.5L、健康好烹油、御膳珍寶調合油2L、不飽和精華調合油2L、高溫安定義式調合油3L、歐風黃金精華調合油2L、高溫安定嚴選調合油3L、歐風黃金嚴選調合油2L、皇家莊園精華調合油3L、綠果多酚調合油2L、皇家莊園嚴選調合油3L、紫果多酚調合油2L、健康三利多精華調合油2L、義式精華調合油3L、健康三利多嚴選調合油2L 、義式嚴選調合油3L、健康廚房橄欖油1.5L、珍饌寶精華調合油2.5L+500ml、健康廚房葡萄籽油1.5L、珍饌寶嚴選調合油2.5L+500ml。

【吳國仲／北市報導】今天清晨4時許，BMW台北汎德濱江服務廠傳出火警，保全人員聽見警報器作響，查看後發現5樓有冒煙狀況，趕緊撥打119報警。

台北市消防局獲報後，立即派遣人車前往救援，發現濃煙是從5樓的空壓機房傳出，警消出動雲梯車從空中射水，也派人員從大樓內部灌救，短時間便將火勢撲滅，並未造成人員傷亡，初步估計燃燒面積約2坪，起火原因仍待進一步調查。

雲林縣背崙國小出的「雞脫光光，招待客人」試題，在縣議會提出質詢批判的縣議員李建昇，今天在縣議會繼續提出質詢，強調連日來，他並稱當時沒有說要懲處出題老師，在網路遭到惡意攻訐，要求縣長蘇治芬表達態度。蘇治芬答詢說，是她下令要懲處出題老師，她以縣長及母親的立場，認為「題目出的不好，就是不好。」她會要求教育處培養老師擇文的能力。
