【國際中心／綜合外電報導】英國一名少女患上罕見腦癌，先後求醫24次看過13位醫生，居然無人發現少女腦內有腫瘤，最終少女錯失醫治時間枉死，終年16歲。

西蒙特斯 (Natasha Simmonds)早於2008年出現頭痛、背痛、嘔吐、四肢麻痺及視力問題，2年後病情急轉直下。少女2012年被醫生診斷患有偏頭痛，期間西蒙特斯及家人曾要求照核磁共振，但院方認為她的病情沒有嚴重到需要照核磁共振，西蒙特斯幾經波折，直至去年11月才獲安排照核磁共振，苦等2個月，才得知自己患上腦癌。腫瘤在她的大腦及脊椎扭成一團，她先後接受2個緊急手術，但最終在發現腦癌8日後、即今年1月24日病逝。

負責醫生表示對事件感到後悔。西蒙特斯的媽媽，指摘英國國民保健服務(NHS)，沒有認真處理愛女的個案。假如女兒一早獲診治，就不用飽受折磨，她又指雖然當局表示會汲取教訓，但都無法令愛女死而復生，為此感到憤怒及失望。

http://0rz.tw/EUiVN 精實新聞 2013-11-01 17:13:17 記者 王彤勻 報導 手機晶片大廠聯發科(2454)今(1日)召開法說，並釋出關於Q4營收季減幅度將壓縮在5%內 ，且智慧手機晶片Q4出貨持平Q3、逾6500萬套水準的樂觀展望。關於幾項新產品的規劃， 總經理謝清江表示，聯發科將於今年底推首款LTE解決方案(包括AP+MODEM，預計將有四核 及八核)，且範圍涵蓋WCDMA、TD SCDMA等多種規格，預計明年上半年客戶將陸續量產。至 於LTE系統單晶片(SoC)，則預計明年中推出。他也透露，明年聯發科即有產品採用20奈米 量產，等於間接印證，台積電(2330)的20奈米已吃到聯發科訂單。 謝清江指出，聯發科初步推出的LTE解決方案，將先推AP+MODEM的版本，SoC產品預計明年 中才會推出。他指出，客戶考量的無非就是價錢和產品到位與否的問題，因此他相信，即 使聯發科賣的是AP+MODEM的版本，也可以有市場競爭力。 他也強調，固然SoC有技術難度，不過聯發科做SoC有不錯經驗，因此明年底就可見到客戶 採用聯發科LTE系統單晶片的產品在市面上出現，而這也應是合理的預估。 關於目前LTE市況與成長性，謝清江認為，針對明年中移動喊出將採購4千萬支LTE手機的 數字，因其在取得LTE執照過程中所展現的絕佳執行力，他對這個數量是樂觀其成的，也 期待所採購機種能更往高階方向走。不過由於明年是中國LTE市場開展的第一年，因此狀 況還要觀察，而聯發科在LTE解決方案的推展進度也還要努力提升。 此外，值得注意的是，聯發科強推的真八核晶片MT 6592，則預計於今年Q4季底量產，係 採28奈米HPM製程，為全球首款八核晶片。對此謝清江表示，該產品之所以採28奈米HPM製 程量產，主要是無線通訊數據機和高階AP可進行更理想整合，而往先進製程轉移，絕對會 是聯發科要進行的方向。他也透露，明年聯發科就會有產品採用20奈米量產，甚至下一世 代的16奈米FinFET製程，聯發科也在規劃中。 心得：所以發哥沒打算學其它家直接跳Finfet? -- ▄ █▌▄▄▄▄▄ ▄▄▄▄█▄ ▄█▌▌▄▄▄▄▄▄███▄▄▄ ▄▄▄▌▄▌█▌▌▄▄▄▄▄▌ ▄▄▄▄▄▌▄▄▄ ▄▄ ██████▄██▄▄▄▄█▄▄▄▄ ▌▄▄▄　　　　　　 Yuzuki ██████▄▄ ▄ ▄▄██▄▄ ▄█▄▄ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.159.152.40

台南市某私中女學生，疑因功課不佳及膚色黝黑，長達半年遭同學言語霸凌，女學生隱忍最後拒學，經家長追問才獲知，但認為校方處置不當，昨將女學生轉學。校方表示，已盡最大努力化解歧視，未來會加強學生品行道德教育。

女學生家長向本報投訴，女兒最近一周突然畏懼上學，情況一天比一天嚴重，追問後才知道，因為功課平平，膚色黝黑，常遭特定同學排擠，甚至連老師叫到女兒姓名，多名學生除訕笑，還不時有詭異笑容，在走廊碰面時，還會有誇張閃避動作，女兒情緒幾乎陷於崩潰。

家長表示，同學一再用肢體動作或言語霸凌女兒，讓人十分難過，但校方處置作為似嫌消極。

該校人員無奈說，教官室、學務處及班上導師都有介入處理，也多次告誡帶頭學生，甚至還曾向女學生道歉，不過少數學生頑皮依舊，為此導師還沈痛寫著「被排擠的人可憐，最可悲的是，這麼久以來，同學竟然就這樣隱忍群體暴力手段在班上…」等字句，對於女學生最後轉學收場，相當遺憾。

【葉國吏／綜合報導】知名部落客「個人意見」直接在臉書公開批評藝人郭采潔，如果反多元成家的話，那就別穿同志設計師的名牌作品。此文一出引發許多力挺郭采潔的粉絲相當不滿，在臉書上激起論戰。

有網友表示，反對多元成家跟穿同志設計的衣服，根本沒有任何關連性，也有網友替郭采潔緩頰，表示郭小姐只是表達對此法案的觀點，並沒有帶有歧視的意味。

「個人意見」則再度發文回應，如果因不同意多元成家，被勸告不要穿某些品牌而讓你不爽，那就想想那些因為天生的性傾向，就無法享有基本權益的心情，許多人視為理所當然的權益。
