為什麼台灣的自強號或是太魯閣號 在列車行駛的時候 有聽到一種"底盤被摩擦到的聲音" 而且會很晃 去日本有坐逍遙號的時候 在高速行駛中也是會晃 但是不會晃很大 自強號都可以把一杯水灑出半杯了吧XD 我想知道 這中間的差異是在差在哪邊?? 是鐵軌的關係 還是列車本身的避震做的不夠好?? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.70.141

兄弟象「周董」周思齊在個人臉書上，放上「自由球員行使意願表」照片，正式申請成為自由球員。

周思齊說：「今年是思齊已取得九個球季的年資，也決定行使自由球員的權利，這個決定也已經告知球團與草總，並預計在今天完成相關程序。特別感謝兄弟球團這些年來對思齊的照顧，以及球迷朋友們這些年來一路走來的相挺與支持!」

中華職棒今年共有23人取得自由球員資格，扣除複數年合約球員，共有17位球員可以行使宣告權利，周思齊月薪28萬元（年薪336萬元），根據聯盟規定，有意吸收他的新球團，需支付象隊840萬元（年薪2.5倍）。

標題[請益] 關於資方不願意開非自願離職

我在某間專利事務所任職兩個月多。 可是最後要走得時候，其實我心裡有預感了啦。 某天特助（不是老闆）下班叫我寫離職申請書。 但是我發現他是非自願的。我就說我不簽。然後他就在申請書上面加上非自願（他手寫） 他要我隔天交接完就離開。 10/17離職當日，他說離職證明，薪資明細等等的都無法當天開立給我。而且不願意支付 資遣費，也不說到底什麼時候之前我可以收到證明，我講了超久但是沒用 我有錄音到的部份是我跟特助說根據勞基法你應該付給我非自願離職證明還有資遣費 他只會跟鬼打墻一樣說：我知道了 後來會計說他會給我資遣費大約兩千多元。 所以我就只能等11/5號看匯進來的錢是多少了。 只是他開給我的證明掃描檔是開『離職證明』不是非自願離職 理由是『不適任-試用期間』 我該怎麼辦阿阿 阿阿。請各位大大救我 對了我明明是10/17離職證明上面他寫9/30離職！！！！！！！！！！！！ -- http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000222852780 この胸がちぎれて 心えぐり取られ それでもいい 抱きしめたい -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.45.62.82

紅米手機已經在 5 日通過台灣 NCC 認證，待系統調教完成就會正式推出。

VR-Zone 稍早取得資訊，確認紅米手機已經在 2013 年 11 月 5 日通過 NCC 認證（尚未出現在網頁中），目前台灣小米科技正在進行馬拉松測試，盡量不會讓米粉等太久，請大家耐心等候。

雖然消費者可以直接於中國購買 WCDMA 版本的紅米手機，但台灣所販售的機種除了會加入 Google Play、地圖等 Google 服務，以及輸入法外，也會針對台灣的用語進行調整。

該手機採用 4.7 吋、1280 x 720 解析度 IPS 面板，內建聯發科 MT6589T, 1.5GHz 四核心處理器、1GB RAM / 4GB ROM，搭配光圈 F2.2 的 800 萬畫素相機，以及 130 萬畫素前鏡頭。

據悉紅米手機將會由遠傳電信獨家推出，售價則與中國相同，約為 799 元人民幣，折合新台幣約 3,850 元。
